Նախօրեին Երկիր Ծիրանի կուսակցությունը Երևանի ավագանու խմբակցության երկու անդամների անվստահություն է հայտնել ու առաջարկել դադարեցնել ավագանու անդամի լիազորությունները: Ըստ կուսակցության տարածած ինֆորմացիայի, երկու անդամները ՝ Հայկ Պետրոսյանը և Մնացական Պարակշիևը անվստահություն են առաջացրել կուսակցության վարքագծից, թիմային աշխատանքին և գաղափարախոսությունից շեղվելու համար:
Ի՞նչ գաղափարախոսության կամ թիմային աշխատանքի մասին է խոսքը, ո՞րն է այդ գաղափարախոսությունը, որտե՞ղ է այն արտահայտվել, որ նույնիսկ դրանից շեղվողներ են հայտնվել: Փորձեցինք փնտրել այս հարցերի պաշտոնական պատասխանները, ոչինչ չգտանք ու Երկիր Ծիրանիի կարճատև գործունեության մանրամասները վերլուծելով առաջարկում ենք իրավիճակի մեր պատկերացումը:
«Երեւանի ավագանու «Երկիր Ծիրանի» խմբակցության անդամներ Հայկ Պետրոսյանի եւ Մնացական Պարակշիեւի կողմից ավագանու նիստերի ընթացքում բավարար ուժգնությամբ չգոռալու, օրակարգից դուրս հարցեր չտալու, իսկ մինչ այդ ՝ իշխանության նկարներով խրտվիլակները վառելու և ափսեները ջարդելու ընթացքում թերանալու կապակցությամբ 17.06.2017 թվականին հրավիրվել է կուսակցության գործադիր մարմնի, քաղաքական հանձնաժողովի, կանանց խորհրդի ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ նիստ: Տեղի է ունեցել քննարկում, որի ընթացքում Պետրոսյանից ու Պարակշիևից պահանջվել է պատասխանել իրենց առաջադրված մեղադրանքներին: Մասնավորապես այն հարցին ՝ թե ինչու ավագանու արտահերթ նիստի ժամանակ նրանք չեն բղավել Փոստանջյանի հետ միաժամանակ, մեղադրյալները նշել են, թե մրսած են ու կոկորդի ցավ ունեն:
Սա այն դեպքում, երբ դրսում ամառ է, շոգ, +35 աստիճան: Փոստանջյանը առաջարկել է նրանց Strepsils հակաբորբոքային հաբեր կոկորդի համար, ինչից մեղադրյալները հրաժարվել են, նշելով ՝ թե ալերգիա ունեն դեղերից: Դրանից օրեր առաջ էլ, երբ պետք է այրվեին ու ջարդվեին իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների նկարներով խրտվիլակներ ու ափսեներ, Պետրոսյանը ու Պարակշիևը կաշկանդվել են անել դա, նշելով, որ չեն ծխում, հետևաբար կրակայրիչ չունեն, իսկ ափսեները ջարդելու ժամանակ նշել են, որ սնահավատ չեն ու չեն կարծում, թե ափսեներ ջարդելով չարը կխափանվի: Միաժամանակ, նիստերից մեկի ընդմիջման ժամանակ, Պետրոսյանն ու Պարակշիևը ձեռքով բարևել են ԵԼՔ ավագանու անդամներից մեկին, այն դեպքում, երբ կուսակցության առաջնորդ Փոստանջյանը քանիցս պնդել է, որ ԵԼՔ-ը ստեղծված է իշխանության կողմից:
Պետրոսյանին ու Պարակշիևին առաջարկվել է կտրել այն ձեռքը, որոնցով նրանք բարևել են կեղծ ընդդիմադիրներին, սակայն նրանք կրկին հրաժարվել են: Հաշվի առնելով այս ամենը, Պետրոսյանին և Պարակշիևին առաջարկվել է թողնել ավագանու անդամի լիազորությունները: Ավագանու անդամների թափուր անդամների ներգրավման համար կհայտարարվի լրացուցիչ»:
