8 քայլ սեփական յուրօրինակ ոճը գտնելու համար Tert.am Life

Քայլ 1․ Կոտրեք կարծրատիպերը, ուշադրություն մի դարձրեք ուրիշների կարծիքին։ Մի լսեք ինչ-որ մեկին, ով ասում է, որ այդ երկարությունը կամ գույնը ձեզ համար չեն։ Հետևեք միայն սեփական նախապատվություններին։
Քայլ 2․ Փորձեք գրի առնել ձեր ուժեղ ու թույլ կողմերը, օրինակ՝ գեղեցիկ ոտքեր կամ կոպիտ կոնքեր։ Սա կօգնի սառը դատել ու հասկանալ, թե ինչպիսի հագուստ է համապատասխանում ձեր կազմվածքին։
Քայլ 3․ Սկսեք փնտրել ձեր ոճը։ Սա չի նշանակում, որ ամեն օր պետք է նույն կամ նույնանման հագուստ հագնեք։ Պարզապես գտեք ինչ-որ դետալ, որը կամբողջացնի ձեր կերպարն ու կստեղծի ձեր ոճը։
Քայլ 4․ Մի վախեցեք փոխվել ու փորձարկումներ անել։ Եթե ձեր տեսքն արդեն սովորական է դարձել ձեզ համար, ապա դուք փոփոխությունների կարիք ունեք։
Քայլ 5․ Հաճախ գնումներ արեք։ Փորձեք խնայել գումարն ու գնումների գնալ։ Դա կօգնի ձեզ ավելի ինքնավստահ դառնալ։
Քայլ 6․ Հոգ տարեք ձեր մասին։ Ժամանակ առ ժամանակ կանայք հատուկ խնամքի կարիք ունեն։ Գնացեք մերսման կամ մատնահարդարման սրահ։
Քայլ 7․ Ձեր կյանքը նոր գույներով լցրեք։ Աշխատանքն ու ընտանիքը շատ կարևոր են, սակայն պետք չէ մոռանալ նաև սեփական անձի մասին։ Ճանապարհորդեք, փնտրեք ինքներդ ձեզ։
Քայլ 8․ Առողջ ապրելակերպ վարեք։ Հոգ տարեք ձեր մարմնի ու առողջության մասին։ Ժամանակակից նորաձևությունը պահանջում է առողջ մարմին ունենալ։
