Վազգեն Սարգսյանի անվան ռազմական ինստիտուտի կուրսանտ Հայկազ Բարսեղյանի սպանության գործով դատական նիստին այսօր՝ հունիսի 19-ին, հարցաքննվեց ինստիտուտի կուրսանտ, գործով վկա Արշակ Մարտիրոսյանը։ Նա նշեց, որ ճանաչում է եւ ամբաստանյալներին, եւ Հայկազ Բարսեղյանին։

«Տեղյակ եմ, որ սպանության գործով եմ կանչված, թե ինչ կապ ունեմ եւ ինչու են ինձ կանչել, չեմ հասկանում։ Քնած եմ եղել, արթանացել եմ, իմացել եմ, որ Հայկազը չկա, տեղերը արյան մեջ էր, փնտրել ենք, ձայներ ենք լսել մարզարանի կողմից, վազեցինք այնտեղ, տեսանք որ կախված էր։ Ոտերի ծայրերը կպած էին գետնին։ Ես Հայկազին ինչքանով որ ճանաչում էի, նա չէր կարող նման բան անել»,-ասաց նա։

Վկան պատմեց, որ նա նույնպես սպանված կուրսանտի հետ կոնֆլիկտ է ունեցել, որի համար պայմանական ազատազրկման է դատապարտվել։

«Հայկազի հետ լավ հարաբերությունների մեջ եմ եղել, միջոցառման էինք գնացել սպանության նախորդ օրը, Դեմիրճյան Տիգրանին ձեռ էր առել, միջնորդեցի, որ չանի տենց, հետո կոնֆլիկտ եղավ մեր միջեւ։ Ինստիտուտ վերադառնալուց ավտոբուսի մեջ խոսեցինք, վիճաբանություն  եղավ, հետո որոշեցինք, որ կխոսանք ինստիտուտում։ Հետո ինստիտուտում մոտեցավ ինձ, ես էլ հաղորդում էի նայում, ասեցի՝ հետո կխոսենք, ինքն էլ ասաց՝ վաղը ես 90 տոկոսով ստեղ չեմ լինելու, բայց մտքովս նման բան չանցավ։ Նրա հետ ունեցած էս կոնֆլիկտի պատճառով էլ դատվածություն եմ ունեցել, պայմանական են տվել»,-ասաց նա։

Վկան նաեւ նշեց, որ Հայկազ Բարսեղյանը կոնֆլիկտ է ունեցել նաեւ կուրսանտ Կարեն Բաղրամյանի հետ․«Կարենը նորմալ հարաբերությունների մեջ է եղել Հայկազի հետ՝ ոչ լավ, ոչ վատ։ Վիճաբանություն է եղել նրանց միջեւ, լսել եմ նման մի բան, բայց մանրամասներ չգիտեմ, թե ինչ է եղել»։

Մեղադրողը կուրսանտի դատաքննական եւ նախաքննական ցուցմունքների միջեւ հակասություն տեսավ եւ միջնորդություն ներկայացրեց հրապարակել նրա նախաքննական ցուցմունքը։ Դատարանը բավարարեց միջնորդությունը:

Վկան նախաքննական  ցուցմունքում ասել է, որ ամբաստանյալ Գնել Թեւոսյանը «իրենից գոհ տղա է եղել, քիթը բարձր էր պահել, շաբաթ ու կիրակի օրերը դուրս է եկել, շատ է բացակայել։ Այնպես էին արել, որ մարտկոցի որոշումները հիմնականում իրենք էին կայացնում, Վաչեն մարտկոցի ավագն էր, Մոսոն էլ նրա շուքի տակ լավ էր իրեն զգում, կեղտոտ սովորություն ուներ՝ զինվորի ոտքն էր տրորում, նա սկսում էր դժվար քայլել, նա էլ ուրախանում էր։ Բայց բոլորի վրա չէին կարողանում այդպես անել, Հայկազը չէր թույլ տալիս, որ նման կերպ վարվեին իր հետ։ Մի օր ճաշարանում հաց ուտելիս Հյակազը Կարեն Բաղրամյանին նկատողություն է արել, Մոսոն, Վաչեն եւ մյուսները մոտեցել են նրան, ասել են՝ Կարենի ուտելու ձեւը դուրդ չի գալիս, հել ստեղից։ Հետո համերգ են գնացել օպերա, հետ գալուց Տիգրան Դեմիրճյանի եւ Հայկազ Բարսեղյանի միջեւ կոնֆլիկտ է եղել։ Երեկոյան ժամը 9-ի սահմանում հասել են ինստիտուտ, Հայկազը ներս է մտել իր մոտ, ասել է, որ ինստիտուտից դուրս է ուզում գալ։ Հետո Վաչեն Հայկազին կանչել է, ավելի ուշ 408 սենյակից դուրս են եկել Հայկազը, Վաչեն, Մոսոն, Գնելը եւ գուցե էլի մի քանի հոգի, լավ չի հիշում։ Հետո Հայկազը գնացել է ոտքերը լվանալու, հետո քնել են, որից հետո էլ առավոտյան Հայկազին կախված վիճակում են գտել»,-ցուցմունքում ասել է վկան։

Հայկազ Բարսեղյանի սպանության համար մեղադրվում են նրա համակուրսեցիները` կուրսանտներ Գնել Թեւոսյանը, Նորիկ Սահակյանը, Վաչե Սահակյանը եւ Մովսես Ազարյանը։ Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ նրանք 2015թ. հունվարի 29-ին՝ ժամը 02:00-ից 03:00-ի սահմանում, զորամասի ննջարանում դաժանությամբ սպանել են կուրսանտ Հայկազ Բարսեղյանին, ապա հետքերը թաքցնելու նպատակով կախել նրա մարմինը մարզահրապարակում գտնվող պտտաձողից, նրա անունից գրություն թողել, թե իբր ինքնասպան է եղել: Ամբաստանյալներն իրենց մեղավոր չեն ճանաչում։
