Հայաստանը ծրագրում է 5 տարում երկիր այցելող զբոսաշրջիկների թիվը հասցնել տարեկան առնվազն 3 միլիոնի

ՀՀ կառավարությունը նպատակադրվում է 2017-2022 թվականներին իրականացվելիք քայլերի և միջոցառումների արդյունքում տարեկան զբոսաշրջային այցելությունների թիվը հասցնել առնվազն 3 միլիոնի: Ինչպես հաղորդում է «Արմենպրես»-ը, այս մասին նշված է ՀՀ կառավարության ծրագրում, որը նախարարների կաբինետի արտահերթ նիստում արժանացել է հավանության և ուղարկվել Ազգային ժողովի քննարկմանը:
Զբոսաշրջության ոլորտը կարգավորող իրավական դաշտը կատարելագործելու նպատակով ՀՀ կառավարությունը նախատեսում է մինչև 2017 թվականի ավարտն իրականացնել մի շարք նպատակային շուկա հանդիսացող երկրների քաղաքացիների համար Հայաստան առանց արտոնագրի մուտքի ռեժիմի սահմանում կամ մուտքի արտոնագրի տրամադրման գործընթացի դյուրացում, ինչպես նաև զբոսաշրջային տրանսպորտային միջոցների համար սահմանային անցման դյուրացում:
Մինչև 2018 թվականի ավարտը կառավարությունը նախատեսում է սահմանել զբոսաշրջային ծառայությունների նկատմամբ որակական նոր պահանջները և ներդնել դրանց ապահովման մեխանիզմները: Նախատեսվում է մինչև 2019 թվականի ավարտը ներդնել զբոսաշրջության ռեգիստրը, մինչև 2020 թվականի վերջն ավարտել հանրապետության տարածքում ժամանակակից զբոսաշրջային տեղեկատվական միասնական ցանցի ստեղծման աշխատանքները:
Հայաստանի ճանաչելիությունն ակտիվացնելու, զբոսաշրջային արդյունքի դիվերսիֆիկացումն ապահովելու, վիճակագրական տեղեկատվական համակարգը կատարելագործելու նպատակով ՀՀ կառավարությունը նախատեսում է մինչև 2017 թվականի ավարտը մշակել և ընդունել «Ուխտագնացություն առաջին քրիստոնյա երկիր» ռազմավարությունը՝ 2018 թվականին ապահովելով դրա իրականացումը:
Ծրագրով նախատեսվում է 2017-2022 թվականների ընթացքում պետական աջակցություն ցուցաբերել ՀՀ մարզերում ամենամյա ավանդական փառատոնների, տոնակատարությունների և այլ զբոսաշրջային միջոցառումների կազմակերպմանը: 2017-2022 թվականների ընթացքում նախատեսվում է ընդլայնել մարզական զբոսաշրջությունը ՀՀ-ում միջազգային մրցաշարերի կազմակերպման միջոցով:
Ծրագրով նախատեսվում է 2017-2022 թվականների ընթացքում ամրապնդել, զարգացնել և խթանել համաշխարհային շուկայում Հայաստանի` որպես ապահով և զբոսաշրջության համար գրավիչ երկրի նկարագիրը, մինչև 2018 թվականի ավարտը կատարելագործել զբոսաշրջության վիճակագրության վարման մեթոդը՝ նախադրյալներ ստեղծելով Զբոսաշրջության սատելիտային հաշիվ համակարգի ներդրման համար, մինչև 2020 թվականի ավարտն ընդունել էկոտուրիզմի զարգացման հայեցակարգը:
