ԵԱՀԿ ՄԽ համանախագահները Բաքվում խորը մտահոգություն են հայտնել վերջին դեպքերի առնչությամբ. հայտարարություն

ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահներ Իգոր Պոպովը (Ռուսաստան), Ռիչարդ Հոգլանդը (ԱՄՆ) և Ստեֆան Վիսկոնտին (Ֆրանսիա), ինչպես նաև ԵԱՀԿ գործող նախագահի անձնական ներկայացուցիչ Անջեյ Կասպշիկը հունիսին տարածաշրջան կատարած այցի արդյունքներով հայտարարություն են տարածել: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ԵԱՀԿ մամուլի գրասենյակից:
Հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ համանախագահների այցի հիմնական նպատակը Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության խաղաղ կարգավորման գործում ապրիլի 28-ին Մոսկվայում կայացած նախարարական հանդիպումից հետո կողմերի դիրքորոշումները, ինչպես նաև հակամարտության գոտում տիրող ընդհանուր իրադրությունը քննարկելն էր:
«Համանախագահները հանդիպել են Երևանում Հայաստանի Հանրապետության նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի (հունիսի 10) և Բաքվում Ադրբեջանի նախագահ Իլհամ Ալիևի (հունիսի 19) հետ: Երկու մայրաքաղաքներում էլ նրանք խորհրդակցություններ ունեցան արտաքին գործերի ու պաշտպանության նախարարների հետ: Համանախագահները մեկնեցին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղ (հունիսի 12)՝ հանդիպելու «դե ֆակտո» իշխանությունների հետ և այցելեցին մի շարք շրջաններ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի շուրջը, այդ թվում՝ Զանգելանի, Կուբաթլուի, Լաչինի և Քարվաճառի շրջանները: Բաքվում նրանք նաև հանդիպեցին Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի ադրբեջանական համայնքի հետ:
Բաքվի իրենց բանակցությունների ժամանակ համանախագահները խորը մտահոգություն են հայտնել հրադադարի ռեժիմի խախտման վերջին դեպքերի առնչությամբ, որոնք Ադրբեջան կատարելիք իրենց այցի նախօրեին շփման գծում կորուստների պատճառ են դարձել: Նրանք դիմել են Ադրբեջանի ղեկավարությանը՝ խուսափելու հետագա լարումից:
Համանախագահները նույն ուղերձը հղումն են Հայաստանի ղեկավարներին և Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի «դե ֆակտո» իշխանություններին: Նրանք խրախուսում են կողմերին ձեռնարկել միջոցներ, որոնք կնվազեցնեն լարվածությունը շփման գծում և Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի միջազգային սահմանին:
Երկու մայրաքաղաքներում համանախագահները կողմերին կոչ են արել բարեխղճորեն և քաղաքական կամք ցուցաբերելով վերաներգրավվել բանակցություններում:
Նրանք ընդգծել են, որ սա միակ եղանակն է, որի միջոցով հնարավոր է բերել տևական խաղաղություն տարածաշրջանի ժողովուրդներին, ովքեր ակնկալում են և արժանի են առաջընթացի և հակամարտության կարգավորման:
Նախագահներն արտահայտել են իրենց մտադրությունը վերսկսելու քաղաքական երկխոսությունը՝ նպատակ ունենալով գտնել փոխզիջումային լուծում կարգավորման ամենավիճահարույց հարցերի համար»,-նշված է հայտարարության տեքստում:
Հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ համանախագահները հուլիսի 3-ին կայցելեն Վիեննա՝ այցի մասին տեղեկություն փոխանցելու Մինսկի խմբի անդամներին: Նրանք նաև ծրագրում են շուտով կրկին հանդիպել Հայաստանի ու Ադրբեջանի արտգործնախարարների հետ՝ քննարկելու առաջիկա աշխատանքի ձևաչափերը:
