Արա Բաբլոյանն ընդունել է Կիպրոսի նախագահի հանձնակատարին

ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանը հունիսի 19-ին ընդունել է Կիպրոսի Հանրապետության նախագահի արտերկրյա և հումանիտար հարցերով հանձնակատար Ֆոտիու Ֆոտիսի գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ԱԺ լրատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից, Արա Բաբլոյանը, ողջունելով պատվիրակության այցը Ազգային ժողով, բարձր է գնահատել Հայաստանի և Կիպրոսի միջև առկա քաղաքական երկխոսությունը: Նա նշել է. «Հայաստանի և Կիպրոսի միջև խորհրդարանական հարաբերությունները վերջին տարիների ընթացքում համատեղ ջանքերի շնորհիվ թևակոխել են նոր փուլ, և այսօր առկա է գերազանց միջխորհրդարանական համագործակցություն»:

ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահն իր երախտագիտությունն է հայտնել Կիպրոսի բարեկամ ժողովրդին 1915 թվականին Ցեղասպանությունից մազապուրծ գաղթականներին օգնության ձեռք մեկնելու և 1975 թվականին Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը՝ որպես եվրոպական առաջին երկիր, ճանաչելու ու դատապարտելու համար: ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահի խոսքով՝ Հայաստանը և Կիպրոսը մշտապես սատարել են միմյանց դիրքորոշումները Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հակամարտության և Կիպրոսի խնդրի կարգավորման հարցերում:

ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը հույս է հայտնել, որ Կիպրոսի առջև ծառացած խնդիրը կստանա արդարացի իրավական լուծում:

Արա Բաբլոյանն անդրադարձել է նաև միջազգային կառույցներում հայկական և կիպրական խորհրդարանական պատվիրակությունների միմյանց աջակցելու հարցին՝ կարևորելով համագործակցությունը նաև այդ հարթակներում:

Կիպրոսի Հանրապետության նախագահի արտերկրյա և հումանիտար հարցերով հանձնակատար Ֆոտիու Ֆոտիսը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ընդունելության համար՝ նշելով, որ երկու երկրները պատմական շատ ընդհանրություններ և հնագույն մշակույթ ունեն, որոնց վրա հիմնված է ժողովուրդների բարեկամությունը:

Ֆոտիու Ֆոտիսն անդրադարձել է նաև Կիպրոսի հայկական համայնքին, որը, նրա խոսքով, մեծ դերակատարություն ունի Հայաստանի Հանրապետության հետ բարեկամական կապերի ամրապնդման ու զարգացման գործում:

Պարոն Ֆոտիսը նշել է, որ Կիպրոսը և Հայաստանը պիտի խորացնեն համագործակցությունը տնտեսական, մշակութային և հոգևոր ոլորտներում՝ միասին պայքարելով Հայոց ցեղասպանության միջազգային ճանաչման և երկու երկրների առջև ծառացած խնդիրները կարգավորելու ուղղությամբ:
