Հայաստանի խաղողագործության և գինեգործության հիմնադրամի տնօրեն է ընտրվել Զարուհի Մուրադյանը

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարությունում հունիսի 19-ին կայացել է Հայաստանի խաղողագործության և գինեգործության հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի հերթական նիստը, որը վարում էր հիմնադրամի խորհրդի նախագահ, ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից, Հայաստանի խաղողագործության և գինեգործության հիմնադրամի տնօրենի թափուր պաշտոնի մրցույթի անցկացման շրջանակում հիմնադրամի տնօրենի ժամանակավոր պաշտոնակատար Զարուհի Մուրադյանը ներկայացրել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության 2018-2022 թվականների խաղողագործության և գինեգործության զարգացման համալիր ծրագիրը: Մասնավորապես նշվել է, որ ծրագրով նախատեսվում է խաղողագործական շրջանների, խաղողի տնկարկների քարտեզագրման աշխատանքների իրականացում, որն արդեն սկսված է: Քարտեզագրման ընթացքում առաջին փուլում նկարահանման միջոցով կբացահայտվեն խաղողագործական տեղանքները և տարածաշրջանները, իսկ երկրորդ փուլում կկազմվի տեղեկատվական ամփոփ բազա, կտրվեն տեղանքների բնութագրերը, ինչը հիմք կհանդիսանա խաղողագործական շրջաններում խաղողագործական, գինեգործական և պատմամշակութային տարբերվող համատեքստ ունեցող մակրո և միկրո շրջանների վերհանման և դրանց համապարփակ ուսումնասիրության համար:

Զարուհի Մուրադյանն ընդգծել է, որ ներկայացված ծրագրի հիմնական նպատակներն են հայկական գինու ճանաչելիության բարձրացումը միջազգային ասպարեզում, վաճառքի խթանումը հանրապետությունում և միջազգային թիրախային շուկաներում, իրավական դաշտի և որակի վերահսկման համակարգի բարելավումը, համաձայնեցումը միջազգային պահանջներին և առկա մարտահրավերներին, ոլորտի կրթական և գիտական ծրագրերին աջակցությունը, մասնագիտական ներուժի զարգացումը, որակյալ հումքային բազայի ապահովման համար անհրաժեշտ համալիր պայմանների ստեղծումը:

Այնուհետև խորհուրդը միաձայն ընտրել և հաստատել է հիմնադրամի տնօերնի պաշտոնում Զարուհի Մուրադյանի թեկնածությունը:

Հանդիպման  ընթացքում ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարն  անդրադարձ է կատարել նաև խաղողի մթերման կազմակերպմանը: Շեշտելով, որ այսօր իսկ հարկավոր է միջոցներ ձեռնարկել մթերումների հետ կապված խնդիրներից խուսափելու համար:

Նիստի ընթացքում քննարկվել են նաև ոլորտին առնչվող մի շարք այլ  հարցեր:
