Հայաստանը և Իտալիան կխորացնեն համագործակցությունն արտակարգ իրավիճակների ոլորտում

ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը հունիսի 19-ին ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Իտալիայի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Ջովաննի Ռիչուլլիին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ը տեղեկացավ ՀՀ արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության պաշտոնական կայքից, որի հաղորդագրության մեջ նաև նշված է. «Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվեցին արտակարգ իրավիճակների և քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության ոլորտներում հայ-իտալական համագործակցության ընդլայնման և խորացման հնարավորությունները 2015թ.-ին Հռոմում ստորագրված «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ իրավիճակների նախարարության և Իտալիայի Հանրապետության նախարարների խորհրդի նախագահության քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության դեպարտամենտի միջև քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության բնագավառում համագործակցության և արտակարգ իրավիճակներում աջակցության մասին» Փոխըմբռնման Հուշագրի շրջանակներում:
Նախատեսվում է երկու երկրների տարածքում տեղի ունեցած բնական և տեխնածին աղետների կանխատեսման, կանխարգելման, նվազեցման բնագավառում երկկողմանի համագործակցության ապահովում, ինչը ներառում է գիտատեխնիկական տեղեկատվության փոխանակում, սեյսմիկ ռիսկի նվազեցմանն ուղղված ռազմավարության և մեթոդների մշակում, փորձագետների աշխատանքների արդյունքների փոխանակում և փորձագետների փոխայցելություններ:
ՀՀ ԱԻ նախարարն ընդգծեց երկու երկրների միջև համագործակցության լայն հնարավորությունները քաղաքացիական պաշտպանության ոլորտում՝ շեշտելով, որ Իտալիայի մեծ փորձն առաջին բժշկական օգնության և հոգեբանական օգնության կազմակերպման հարցում կարող է բավական օգտակար լինել Հայաստանում քաղպաշտպանության ոլորտում իրականացվող բարեփոխումների գործընթացին: Նախնական պայմանավորվածություն ձեռք բերվեց նաև Իտալական Կարմիր Խաչի հետ հնարավոր համագործակցության շուրջ:
Իր խոսքում նախարար Տոնոյանը կարևորեց Իտալիայի դերակատարումը նաև որպես միջնորդ արտակարգ իրավիճակների ոլորտում Հայաստանի և եվրոպական այլ երկրների միջև համագործակցության ակտիվացման գործընթացում»:
