Ադրբեջանի բոլոր սանձարձակ գործողությունների դեմ պետք է  նոր մոտեցումներ մշակել: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ հունիսի  20-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նման կարծիք հայտնեց Մարդկային զարգացման միջազգային կենտրոնի նախագահ Թևան Պողոսյանը:

«Ադրբեջանական կողմը լարելով առաջնագծում իրավիճակը, միջազգային ատյաններում ստեղծելով հակահայկական մթնոլորտ՝ փորձում է փոխել ստատուս-քվոյի կարգավիճակը: Ուստի հայկական կողմը այս իրավիճակում պետք է նոր մոտեցումներ մշակի, նոր մարտավարություն որդեգրի»,-ասաց Պողոսյանը:

Ըստ Պողոսյանի՝ այդ նոր մոտեցումները պետք է առաջին հերթին բխեն հայկական կողմի շահերից, ինչպես նաև զրոյացնեն ադրբեջանական կողմի բոլոր հնարավորությունները:

 «Ինչպիսի քաղաքականություն պետք է վարենք առաջնագծում, եթե ստեղծվում է ռազմական իրադրություն: Պետք է սպասե՞նք , թե շատ դեպքերում նախահարձակ լինենք, սաստելով հակառակորդին և  թույլ չտալով սրացումներին: Բացի այդ, միջազգային ատյաններում ի՞նչ մոտեցումներ պետք է զարգացնենք, որտեղ ադրբեջանական կողմը հնարավորություն ունի օգտվելու և իր շահերը առաջ տանելու:Ադրբեջանական կողմին պետք է որևէ հնարավորություն չտրվի»,- ընդգծեց Պողոսյանը:

Մարդկային զարգացման միջազգային կենտրոնի նախագահը նշեց, որ Հայաստանը և Արցախը պետք է զգոն լինեն, քանզի հակառակորդը միշտ փորձելու է գտնել թույլ տեղերը և օգտագործել իր բոլոր հնարավորությունները:
