Հնդկաձավարը վաղուց արդեն ընդգրկված է տարբեր սննդակարգերի մեջ: Այս շիլայից նիհարում են, պարզապես հարկավոր է իմանալ պատրաստման եղանակը: Թվում է, թե պատրաստման մեխանիզմը շատ պարզ է, եփում ենք 20 րոպե և շիլան պատրաստ է: Սակայն այդպիսի շիլայից շատ շուտ կարելի է ձանձրանալ: Իսկ եթե երեկոյան հնդկաձավարի վրա ջուր լցնել և թողնել մինչև առավոտ, իսկ առավոտյան եփել և պահել որոշ ժամանակ տաք տեղում՝ կստացվի բոլորովին այլ շիլա:
