Բանջարեղենային հյութերի օգտակար հատկությունները

Մասնագետները խորհուրդ են տալիս հնարավորինս շատ օգտագործել բանջարեղենի հյութեր: Մեծ քանակությամբ օգտակար նյութերի պարունակության շնորհիվ, բանջարեղենի հյութերն օգնում են պահպանել լավ ֆիզիկական կառուցվածք և ամրապնդել առողջությունը:
Վարունգի հյութը շատ լավ միզամուղէ: Այս հյութը խորհուրդ են տալիս օգտագործել երիկամների հիվանդությունների ժամանակ, մասնագետները պնդում են, որ վարունգի հյութը նույնիսկ մաշեցնում է երիկամների քարերը: Խորհուրդ է տրվում ամեն օր խմել 200 մլ մաքուր վարունգի հյութ, կամ խառնել գազարի, սև բողկի կամ ճակնդեղի հյութի հետ՝ըստ ճաշակի:
Նեխուրի հյութն ունի օրգանիզմից վնասակար հյութերը դուրս բերելու հատկություն: Այն մաքրում է նաև լեղածորանները և աղիքները: Լավ արդյունքի հասնելու համար խորհուրդ է տրվում ամեն օր, 2-3 շաբաթվա ընթացքում խմել 3 բաժակ նեխուրի հյութ:
Կարտոֆիլի հյութը խորհուրդ է տրվում խմել ստամոքսի խնդիրներ ունեցող մարդկանց: Քանի որ կարտոֆիլի մեջ կան հանքային նյութեր, պղինձ և կալցիում, այն նպաստում է աղեստամոքսային տրակտի լորձաթաղանթի վերականգնմանը:
Սոխի հյութն օգնում է աթերոսկլերոզի դեպքում: 1 կգ կարմիր սոխը մաքրել, հյութը քամել և ավելացնել 300գ մեղր: Այն հարկավոր չէ պահել սառնարանում: Ընդունել հարկավոր է 2-3 ամսվա ընթացքում՝ օր 50 մլ-ից:
Ճակնդեղի հյութը լայնացնում է արյան անոթները և իջեցնում արյան ճնշումը: Բարձր ճնշում ունեցողներին խորհուրդ է տրվում ամեն օր խմել մեկ բաժակ ճակնդեղի հյութ՝ մաքուր, կամ գազարի հյութի հետ խառնած :
