ՀՀ ԿԳ նախարարը հանդիպել է Արարատի մարզի դպրոցների տնօրենների հետ

ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանը հունիսի 20-ին այցելել է Արարատի մարզ, որտեղ հանդիպում է ունեցել մարզի հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատությունների տնօրենների հետ: Հանդիպմանը ներկա են գտնվել Արարատի մարզպետ Արամայիս Գրիգորյանը և Հայաստանի շախմատի ակադեմիայի նախագահ Սմբատ Լպուտյանը: Վերջինս անդրադարձել է դպրոցներում «Շախմատ» առարկայի դասավանդման, համապատասխան մասնագետների վերապատրաստման, շախմատի խմբակների գործունեության և այլ հարցերի: Նշվել է, որ «Շախմատ» առարկայի դասավանդումը դպրոցներում եզակի նորամուծություն է, որը միջազգային ճանաչում է բերել ծրագրին:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ կրթության և գիտության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և տեղեկատվության վարչությունից, այնուհետև ներկայացվել են մարզի դպրոցների թվաքանակի, ուսումնական ծրագրերի, կառավարման խորհուրդների վերաբերյալ մարզի խնդիրները և առաջարկվել համապատասխան լուծումներ: Նախարար Լևոն Մկրտչյանն իր ելույթում անդրադարձել է կրթության ոլորտի բարեփոխումներին` ընդգծելով, որ հանրակրթությունը պետք է կարողանա դիմագրավել 21-րդ դարի մարտահրավերներին: Այս համատեքստում նախարարն ընդգծել է կրթության երեք կարևոր բաղադրիչների` գիտելիքի, հմտության և դաստիարակության կարևորությունը:
Լևոն Մկրտչյանն անդրադարձել է նաև աշակերտների փոքր թվաքանակ ունեցող դպրոցների, կրթության որակի և ուսուցիչների հեղինակության բարձրացման խնդիրներին: Նախարարը խոսել է նաև 12-րդ դասարանի երկրորդ կիսամյակում քննական երեք առարկա ընտրելու աշակերտների հնարավորության մասին` կոչ անելով տվյալ նորամուծությունը դիտարկել որպես աշակերտ-դպրոց կապի ամրապնդման և աշակերտների նախասիրությունների խորացմանը միտված քայլ:
Հանդիպմանը մասնակից տնօրեններն իրենց գոհունակությունն են հայտնել հանրակրթության ոլորտի բարեփոխումների վերաբերյալ` հատկապես ընդգծելով շարադրությունների և բանավոր քննության ներմուծումը հանրակրթական համակարգ` որպես գիտելիքի ստուգման առավել արդյունավետ գործիք:
Հանդիպման ավարտին Արարատի մարզպետ Արամայիս Գրիգորյանը, շնորհակալություն հայտնելով Լևոն Մկրտչյանին հանդիպման համար, ընդգծել է, որ նախարարի խոսքում նշված ուսուցչի հեղինակության բարձրացման խնդրում և՛ մարզպետարանը, և՛ ողջ մանկավարժական կազմն իրենց անելիքն ունեն:
