Գետում խեղդված 4-ամյա երեխայի գործն ուղարկվել է դատարան. մեղադրվող դաստիարակին սպառնում է 3 տարվա ազատազրկում

Ընթացիկ տարվա փետրվարին Ալավերդի քաղաքում՝ Դեբեդ գետն ընկած 4-ամյա երեխայի խեղդվելու գործով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է: Գործն ուղարկվել է դատարան և մակագրվել է Լոռու մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Սուրեն Բաղդասարյանին:
Նշենք, որ 2017 թվականի փետրվարի 14-ին` առավոտյան, Դեբեդ գետի ափին հայտնաբերվել էր 2013թ. ծնված տղա երեխայի մարմինը, ում նույն օրը մայրը տարել էր նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատություն և հանձնել նշված հաստատության դաստիարակչուհու հսկողությանը։ Քննչական կոմիտեի փոխանցմամբ՝ փաստական տվյալներ էին ձեռք բերվել, որ երեխան նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատության շենքից դուրս է եկել պատասխանատու անձի անփութության հետևանքով, ինչի համար մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել մանկապարտեզի դաստիարակչուհուն:
Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգի փոխանցմամբ՝ Գայանե Մալխասյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա աշխատելով նախադպրոցական ուսումնական հաստատությունում որպես դաստիարակ, 2017 թվականի փետրվարի 14-ին, ժամը 09:30-ի սահմաններում, անուշադրության է մատնել մանկահասակ Ռոբերտ Դալլաքյանին, ինչի արդյունքում առանց հսկողության թողնված երեխան դուրս է եկել հաստատության շենքից, ապա տարածքից և գնացել դեպի Դեբեդ գետը:
Նույն օրը, ժամը 10:30-ի սահմաններում, մանկահասակ Ռոբերտ Դալլաքյանի դին հայտնաբերվել է հոսող Դեբեդ գետի ափին՝ բերանքսիվայր ջուրն ընկած վիճակում:
Դաստիարակչուհուն մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 109-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով՝ անզգուշությամբ մահ պատճառելը, որը պատժվում է ազատազրկմամբ՝ առավելագույնը երեք տարի ժամկետով:
Նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը:
