ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանը հունիսի 20-ին աշխատանքային այցով եղել է Կոտայքի մարզում, որտեղ Կոտայքի մարզպետ Կարապետ Գուլոյանի և Հրազդանի քաղաքապետ Արամ Դանիելյանի ուղեկցությամբ այցելել է Հրազդան քաղաքում կառուցվող լոլիկի արտադրության ջերմոցային համալիր: Նախարարը շրջել է համալիրում, ծանոթացել  շինարարական աշխատանքների ընթացքին:

Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից,  «Գրին Ֆարմեր» ՍՊԸ-ի տնօրեն Հայկ Հունանյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ մինչև տարեվերջ նախատեսվում է ավարտել ջերմոցային համալիրի շինարարությունը, որի համար ներդրվելու է 5.5 մլրդ դրամ: 11 հա տարածք ունեցող ջերմոցային տնտեսությունում տարեկան նախատեսվում է արտադրել 5000-6000 տոննա լոլիկ, որի մեծ մասը կիրացվի տեղական շուկայում: Արտահանման շուրջ ևս արդեն բանակցություններ են վարվում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և արաբական երկրների հետ:  Այստեղ նախատեսում են հաջորդ երկու տարիների ընթացքում կառուցել ևս 20 հա լոլիկի արտադրության ջերմոցային համալիր, որը կապահովի 200 մշտական աշխատատեղ տեղի բնակչության համար:

Այնուհետև նախարարն ուղևորվել է գյուղմթերքի արտադրությամբ և վերամշակմամբ զբաղվող «Վիլֆուդ» ՍՊԸ:  Ընկերության հիմնադիր-տնօրեն Արմեն Առաքելյանը տեղեկացրել է, որ ընկերության արտադրանքի մոտ 35 տոկոսն իրացվում է տեղական շուկայում, իսկ մնացած մասն արտահանվում է հիմնականում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն, ԱՄՆ և Ֆրանսիա: Օգոստոսին նախատեսվում է բացել նոր արտադրամաս, որը  թույլ կտա կրկնապատկել արտադրանքի ծավալները:  Բացի այդ, ընկերությունում 2008 թվականին ներդրվել է գերմանական նոր հոսքագիծ, որի շնորհիվ հնարավոր է դարձել կազմակերպել եվրոպական ստանդարտներին համապատասխանող կափարիչների արտադրություն:

Այցի ավարտին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանն ուղևորվել է Նոր Գեղի համայնքում նորակառույց «Քեյ Էմ Ջի» ելակի ջերմոցային տնտեսություն: Ընկերության տնօրեն Դմիտրի Ալեքսեյենկոն նշել է, որ 3 հա-ի վրա սկսել են զբաղվել ելակի արտադրությամբ,  աճեցնում են «Ալպիոն» տեսակի ելակ: Օգոստոսին նախատեսում են բերք ունենալ,  որը կիրացնեն տեղական շուկայում, ինչպես նաև կարտահանեն ՌԴ:

«Մենք այսօր եղանք մարզում կառուցվող նոր ջերմատներում, որոնք ամբողջությամբ նոր ներդրումներ են և արտահանման մեծ ներուժ ունեն: Եղել ենք նաև «Վիլֆուդ» գործարանում, որը բարձրակարգ պահածոյացված արտադրանք է թողարկում և շարունակում է ներդրումներ կատարել՝ ընդլայնելու արտադրությունը: Սրանք այն լավ օրինակներն են, որոնք դրական ազդակ կլինեն մյուս ներդրողների համար այն առումով, որ հայկական արտադրանքը մրցակցային կարող է լինել Ռուսաստանի և արտերկրի շուկաների համար»,- ամփոփելով այցի արդյունքները՝ նշել է Իգնատի Առաքելյանը:

Նախարարի խոսքով՝ ջերմոցաշինությունը Հաայստանում զարգացման նոր թափ է ստանում, քանի որ այստեղ ռիսկերը նվազագույնի են հասցված, այն ապահովագրված է բնակլիմայական աղետներից, ավտոմատացված համակարգեր են ներդրված, որտեղ մարդկային գործոնը շատ փոքր  է:

Անդրադառնալով կառավարության ծրագրի գյուղատնտեսության հատվածին՝ նախարարը նշել է, որ նախատեսվում է մատչելի ֆինանսական միջոցներ տրամադրել գյուղացիական տնտեսություններին կաթիլային ոռոգման համակարգերի, կարկտապաշտպան ցանցների, ինտենսիվ այգիների համար: 

Բացի այդ, 2018 թվականից կիրականացվի ապահովագրական համակարգի փորձնական ծրագիրը, որպեսզի շատ արագ այն ներդրվի հանրապետության բոլոր թիրախային գոտիներում՝ կարկտահարության և բնական այլ աղետների վնասները փոխհատուցելու նպատակով, ինչն այսօր արդիական խնդիր է գյուղատնտեսության զարգացման ճանապարհին:
