Բուժիչ և սննդարար դիմակներ մազերի համար՝ պատրաստված հացից

Estet-portal.com-ը գրում է, որ մազերի հետ կապված մի շարք խնդիրներ կարելի է լուծել հացի օգնությամբ։ Հացը հարուստ է վիտամիններով, միկրոէլեմենտներով և սննդարար նյութերով։ Հացով պատրաստված դիմակները հայտնի են դեռ վաղ ժամանակներից, սակայն այսօր էլ հաջողությամբ օգտագործվում են, քանի որ կարող են օգնել դադարեցնել մազաթափությունը, արագացնել դրանց աճը, նորմալացնել գլխամաշկի լիպիդային հավասարակշռությունը։ Հացով պատրաստված դիմակները մազերին ծավալ են հաղորդում, օգնում թեփի դեմ պայքարում։
Հացով պատրաստված դիմակների օգտագործման հիմնական կանոնները.
- Դիմակը պատրաստվում է օգտագործումից անմիջապես առաջ։
- Օգտագործվում է հացի փափուկ հատվածը։ Պատրաստելիս այն բաղադրիչների հետ խառնվում է բլենդերի մեջ։
- Ավելի լավ արդյունքի հասնելու համար կարող եք նաև խոտաբույսերի թուրմեր օգտագործել։ Կարելի է նաև գարեջուր օգտագործել։
Պրոցեդուրայի տևողությունը կախված է դիմակի բաղադրիչներից։ Եթե դիմակի բաղադրիչների ցանկում ներառված են նաև կեֆիր և խոտաբույսեր, դրանք կարող եք գլխին թողնել ամբողջ գիշեր։ Եթե դիմակի պատրաստման համար օգտագործվում է նաև մեղր, պղպեղ, մանանեխ, ապա դիմակը կարճ ժամանակ անց հարկավոր է լվանալ։
- Հացով պատրաստած դիմակները հարկավոր է քսել թաց մազերին, գլուխը փաթաթել սրբիչով։

- Դիմակը հարկավոր է օգտագործել նվազագույն 10-12 անգամ։ Այդ ընթացքում չի կարելի օգտագործել լաք, մազերի հարդարման համար նախատեսված միջոցներ։
- Դիմակ չոր մազերի համար։ Հավասար քանակով խառնեք հացն ու մածունը։ Ավելացրեք 1 թեյի գդալ ալոէ, խառնեք, քսեք մազերին։
- Դիմակ յուղոտ մազերի համար։ Մանրացրեք 2 կտոր հաց, ավելացրեք 2 ճաշի գդալ կիտրոնի հյութ, 1 ձու, մի փոքր եթերային յուղ։ Լվացեք 2 ժամ անց։
Դիմակ մազաթափության դեմ։ Հավասար քանակով խառնեք ձիթապտղի յուղը, սոխի հյութը, մեղրն ու նախապես թրջված հացը։ Խառնեք, ավելացրեք 1 ճաշի գդալ շամպուն։ Լվացեք 2 ժամ անց։
Մազերի աճն արագացնելու համար։ Հացի վրա կաթ կամ 500 մլ կեֆիր լցրեք։ Ավելացրեք 1 թեյի գդալ մանանեխ, ձվի դեղնուց և 1 ճաշի գդալ մեղր։ Լվացեք 40 րոպե անց։
Դիմակ թեփի դեմ։ Այս դիմակը նաև ծավալ կհաղորդի մազերին։ Մանրացրեք 2 կտոր հաց, խառնեք 2 ճաշի գդալ իմբիրի հետ, մի փոքր տաք շիճուկ ավելացրեք։ 30 րոպե թողեք սառչի, քսեք մազարմատներին։ Լվացեք 1 ժամ անց։
