«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է.

«Սեպտեմբեր ամսին «Տաշիր» ընկերությունների խմբին պատկանող եւս մեկ առեւտրի կենտրոն կբացվի Երեւան քաղաքում: Ռուսաստանաբնակ հայ գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանին պատկանող «Ռիո» առեւտրային ցանցը ներկայացված կլինի նաեւ Հայաստանում:

Երեւան քաղաքի Փափազյան եւ Քոչար փողոցների հատման մասում արդեն կանգուն է «Ռիո մոլ»-ի շենքը, այժմ ներքին հարդարման աշխատանքներ է կատարվում:

Armtimes.com-ին հայտնի դարձավ, որ այս մոլն իր մակերեսով զիջում է ԱԺ պատգամավոր Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի ընտանիքին պատկանող եւ առաջիկայում շահագործման հանձնվող «Մեգա մոլ Մասիվ» առեւտրի կենտրոնին ե՛ւ մակերեսով, ե՛ւ նախատեսվող ժամանցի, սպասարկման ծառայություններով: «Ռիո մոլ»-ի ընդհանուր մակերեսը 22 հազար քառակուսի մետր է, մինչդեռ «Մեգ մոլլ»-ը մեծ է 2 անգամ: Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի նոր մոլի մակերեսը 57 հազար քառակուսի մետր է: Մամուլի հրապարակումների համաձայն՝ «Ռիո մոլ»-ի կառուցապատումն արժեցել է 40 միլիոն դոլար: Մոլի կառուցումը սկսվեց երկու տարի առաջ:

«Ռիո մոլ»-ում նախատեսված է, որ պետք է լինեն բանկերի մասնաճյուղեր, տարադրամի փոխանակման կետեր, կարի արհեստանոց, մոլի շենքի դիմաց՝ ավտոկայանատեղի: Ժամանցի համար առաջարկվում է կարտինգի մանկական սրահ եւ կինոթատրոն, արդեն պայմանավորվածություն կա «Սինեմ Սթար»-ի հետ: Արագ սննդի բաժնում, բնականաբար, կլինի «Տաշիր պիցցա» պիցերիաների ցանցի պիցերիան, ռեստորան եւ սրճարան:

«Ռիո մոլ»-ում նախատեսված է սուպերմարկետ, հագուստի, կոշկեղենի, պարֆումերիայի, աքսեսուարների եւ էլեկտրոնիկայի վաճառքի կետեր: «Ռիո» առեւտրի կենտրոնի առավելությունը համարում է հարկից փողոցների, Սարալանջի մայրուղուն հատող տարածքում գտնվելը, ինչպես նաեւ այն, որ կառուցվել է Արաբկիր վարչական շրջանում: Առեւտրի կենտրոնում նախատեսված է, որ լինեն 100-ից ավելի ռուսական եւ այլ երկրների հայտնի բրենդներ:

Նշենք, որ Երեւան քաղաքում առաջին մոլը բացվեց Տաշիր ընկերությունների խմբի կողմից Դալմայի այգիների մոտ եւ կոչվեց «Դալմա գարդեն մոլ»:

Հ.Գ. Սամվել Կարապետյանը Սամվել Ալեքսանյանի երեխաների մկրտության կնքահայրն է եւ ինչպես երեւում է՝ նրանք իրենց բիզնես գործունեությունն այնպես են իրականացնում, որ միմյանց չխանգարեն: Օրինակ՝ Երեւանի նույն թաղամասում իրար մրցակից չեն դառնում, նմանատիպ բիզնես մի վայրում չեն հիմնում եւ այլն»:
