«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.
Գեղարքունիքի մարզի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի դատավոր Վահագն Մելիքյանը 120 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլարով հասարակական նշանակության շինություն է գնել: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք նրա՝ Բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնատար անձանց էթիկայի հանձնաժողով ներկայացված 2016 թ. տարեկան հայտարարագրից:
Նրա տարեկան դրամական միջոցները կազմել են 15 միլիոն դրամ և 10 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար: Եկամուտները ստացվել են 8 միլիոն 97 հազար դրամ տարեկան աշխատավարձից և 120 հազար ԱՄՆ դոլար ստացված փոխառություններից՝ վարկերից, որով էլ հավանաբար գնվել է վերոնշյալ շինությունը:
Կինը՝ Ֆլորա Արևշատյանը, հայտարարագրել է 1 միլիոն դրամ դրամական միջոցներ և 272 հազար դրամ տարեկան աշխատավարձ:
Նշենք, որ Մելիքյանը իր աշխատանքային կարիերան սկսել է որպես դատական կատարածու, այնուհետև դարձել առաջատար մասնագետ։ Իսկ 2004 թ. մինչ օրս զբաղեցնում է ներկայիս պաշտոնը:
