Սերժ Գաբյանը «Skyraft Studio»-ից 2017թ. մայիսին ստացավ հեղինակավոր Award of Merit /«Պարգև նվաճումների համար» մրցանակը  The Accolade Global Film Competition/ Աքոլեյդ Գլոբալ կինո մրցույթից: Մրցանակը տրվեց Սերժ Գաբյանի դիտարժան կարճամետրաժ կինոնկարի համար`«Որտե՞ղ է երաժշտությունը» (Where Is Music), որը  նկարահանվել է 2016թ. Հայաստանում:«Որտե՞ղ է երաժշտությունը» ներկայացնում է նաև Սուրեն Թադևոսյանի բացառիկ աշխատանքը, Ռոման Կուպերմանի հեղինակային երաժշտությունը և տաղանդավոր ջութակահար Նունե Մելիքյանին` ֆիլմի առաջատար դերում:

«Իմ աշխատանքներից «Որտեղ է երաժշտությունը» թերևս այն մեկն է, որով իրոք ուզում եմ կիսվել ուրիշների հետ: Այն երաժշտության ոգու մասին է: Պատմություն մի՛ փնտրեք այնտեղ, ոչինչ չեք գտնի, եթե նայեք ավանդական տեսակետից: Փորձեք դիտել այնպես ինչպես երաժշտություն եք լսում, և այդ ժամանակ բազմաթիվ պատմություններ կտեսնեք» –   ասել է ռեժիսոր Սերժ Գաբյան:

Մեկ ամիս առաջ նույն ֆիլմը նաև ստացել նոմինացիա ևս ճանաչված «Feel The Reel» միջազգային փառատոնի շրջանակներում

 Accolade/ «Աքոյեյդ»  մրցույթը միջազգային ճանաչման հարթակ է տալիս կինո, հեռուստատեսային, վիդեոգրաֆիկ և նոր մեդիայի մասնագետներին, ովքեր վարպետության և ստեղծագործականության բացառիկ նվաճումներ են ցուցադրում, և նրանց ովքեր յուրահատուկ դիտարժան ՚՚զվարճանյութ՚՚ են ստեղծում, այսինքն ՙՙէնթերթեյնմենթ՚՚, իրենց գործով նպաստելով հիմնարար սոցիալական փոփոխություններին: Ներկայացված գործերը գնահատում են կինո և հեռուստատեսային արդյունաբերության մեջ բարձր որակավորում ունեցող մասնագետները: Accolade / «Աքոյեյդ»  մրցույթի և նրա վերջին հաղթողների մասին տեղեկություններ կարող եք ստանալ www.accoladecompetition.org. էջից

Accolade / «Աքոյեյդ»  կինոմրցույթում հաղթողը  (լինի ընկերություն թե կազմակերպություն) դասվում է` միջազգայնորեն մեծ հարգանք ու ճանաչում վայելող այս մրցույթի մյուս բարձրակարգ հաղթողների շարքին, որոնց թվին են պատկանում Օսկարի արժանացած Մալքոլմ Քլարկը իր The Lady in Number Six/ «Թիվ վեցի տիկինը» գործով, տաղանդաշատ Դեյվ Բոսերթը Դիսնեյից,  իր` The Tunes Behind The Toons/ «Պատկերների հնչյունները» դոկումենտալ ֆիլմով, հոլիվուդյան արդյունաբերության վետերան Ռոն Հովարդը  իր`  When You Find Me/ «Երբ գտնես ինձ» ֆիլմով և  Highwire Films Australia ավստրալական կինոարտադրությունը իր` մեծահամբավ  ABC TV  (2011) Twentysomething/ «Քսան-քանի տարեկան» հեռուստասերիալով:  Ահա թե ինչ է ասել Ռիք Փրիքետը, Accolade Global Film Competition-ի նախագահը, վերջին հաղթողների մասին. «Աքոլեյդի մրցանակները բնավ հեշտ չեն տրվում; Մրցույթին գործեր են ներկայացվում համայն աշխարհից, ինչպես հզոր, ճանաչված ընկերություններից, այնպես էլ գովելի նորելուկ տաղանդներից:  Աքոլեյդն օգնում է հաստատել վարպետության և ստեղծագործականության չափանիշներ: Դատավորները շատ գոհ էին այս տարի ներկայացված գործերի բացառաիկ բարձր որակից: Աքոլեյդի նպատակն է օգնել հաղթողներին նվաճել այն ճանաչումը, որին իրենք արժանի են»:
