Ադրբեջանը ներիշխանական ու տնտեսական լուրջ խնդիրներից հասարակության ուշադրությունը շեղելու համար սահմանային հատվածում դիմում է սադրանքների: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ի մամուլի սրահում հրավիրված ասուլիսում նշեց ադրբեջանագետ, պատմական գիտությունների թեկնածու Տաթև Հայրապետյանը: Նրա խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանում ներքին խնդիրները մի քանի ուղղություններով են: Նախ` դրանք առկա են ներիշխանական հատվածում:
«Մայիսին տեղեկատվություն եղավ 42 լրտեսների ձերբակալման մասին: Մինչ այժմ որևէ տեսանելի, հրապարակային դատական գործընթաց չի եղել, ավելին, նրանցից 5-ն անհասկանալի պատճառներով մահացել են: Հասարակության տարբեր շրջաններում նշվում է, որ դա զինվորականության որոշակի խումբ մարդկանց դեմ ուղղված ակցիա է: Ի դեպ, խոսվում է, որ առաջիկայում Ադրբեջանի ներիշխանական կյանքում, հատկապես, անվտանգության, պաշտպանության ոլորտներում լուրջ կադրային փոփոխություններ են սպասվում»,-ասաց Տաթև Հայրապետյանը: Նա նշեց, որ նման կարդային փոփոխությունների արդեն ականատես եղել ենք, հատկապես երբ երկրի առաջին տիկինը դարձավ փոխնախագահ:
Ադրբեջանագետի խոսքով, Ալիևը սկսել է ազատվել հին գործիչներից, այն մարդկանցից, ովքեր համակարգում են ավելի քան 15 տարի: Մասնավորապես, պաշտոններից զրկվեցին Ադրբեջանի նախագահի պաշտպանական հարցերով օգնական, գեներալ-լեյտենանտ Վահիդ Ալիևը և անվտանգության հարցերով օգնական Մեհերամ Ալիևը:
«Թե որքանով են այս գործիչները ոչ լոյալություն զգում, դժվարանում եմ ասել, սակայն ակնհայտ է, որ նախագահ Ալիևը փորձում է ազատվել` նրանցից որոշ սպառնալիք զգալով: Դրանով փորձում է իր ընտանիքի դիրքերն ամրապնդել»,-ասաց Տաթև Հայրապետյանը:
Հաջորդ ոլորտը, որտեղ լուրջ խնդիրներ են առկա, տնտեսությունն է: Վերջերս Ադրբեջանի միջազգային բանկը սնանկ դարձավ, այժմ վերակառուցման քայլեր են իրականացվում: Տաթև Հայրապետյանը նշեց, որ Ադրբեջանում տնտեսական իրավիճակը փրկելու համար 2015 թվականից սկսվել է շրջանառության մեջ դնել պետական նավթային հիմնադրամի գումարները, որոնք նախատեսված են ռազմավարական նշանակության իրավիճակներում գործածելու համար: Տարեց տարի հիմնադրամի պաշարները նվազում են: Եթե 2015-ին հիմնադրամի ընդհանուր գումարը կազմում է 37.1 մլրդ դոլար, ապա այժմ`33.6 մլրդ:
Այս ամենից բացի, հասարակության շրջանում լուրջ դժգոհություն է առաջացրել «Ֆորմուլա 1»-ը Ադրբեջանում անցկացնելը: Երկրում սոցիալական խնդիրները սրվում են, իսկ Ադրբեջանի իշխանությունները հսկայական գումարներ են ծախսում այդ միջոցառման անցկացման համար: Ալիևը, հասարակության ուշադրությունը ներքին խնդիրներից շեղելու համար գնում է սահմանային արկածախնդրության:
