Հունիսի 21-ին ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարությունում մեկնարկել է Արևելյան գործընկերության (ԱլԳ) բազմակողմ համագործակցության շրջանակներում գործող Միգրացիայի և ապաստանի հարցերով աշխատանքային խմբի երկօրյա նիստը, որի համակազմակերպիչներն են Հայաստանը և Ֆրանսիան:

Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ից, հանդիպմանը մասնակցում են Արևելյան գործընկերության և ԵՄ անդամ պետությունների պատվիրակներ, Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի Միգրացիայի և ներքին գործերի գլխավոր տնօրինության, միջազգային կազմակերպությունների, քաղհասարակության և ակադեմիական շրջանակների ներկայացուցիչներ: Միջոցառմանը նախատեսվում է քննարկել վերադարձի, հետընդունման և վերաինտեգրման հետ կապված մարտահրավերները, մշակված քաղաքականության և պրակտիկայի խնդիրները:

Հանդիպման մեկնարկին բացման խոսքով հանդես է եկել ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարարի տեղակալ Կարեն Նազարյանը՝ կարևորելով կանոնակարգված ռեադմիսիոն քաղաքականության դերը շարժունակությունը խրախուսելու գործում: Նախարարի տեղակալն արձանագրել է, որ Եվրամիությունը հայկական կողմի հետ հաջողությամբ համագործակցում է այնպիսի բնագավառներում, ինչպիսիք են սահմանների համալիր կառավարումը, միգրանտների վերաինտեգրումը, փաստաթղթերի անվտանգությունը, ավելացնելով նաև, որ համատեղ ձեռքբերումներն ակնհայտ են: 

Կարեն Նազարյանն անդրադարձել է նաև Եվրոպական հանձնաժողովի և Արտաքին գործողությունների եվրոպական ծառայության 20 արդյունք մինչև 2020թ. անվանումը կրող համատեղ աշխատանքային փաստաթղթին, որում ձևակերպված է արդեն 2017թ.-ին Հայաստանի հետ վիզաների ազատականացման շուրջ երկխոսություն սկսելու հարցը՝ ընդգծելով ապահով շարժունակության և մարդկանց միջև շփումների կարևորությունը Հայաստանի և ԵՄ անդամ երկրների հասարակությունների համար:
