Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Բակո Սահակյանը հունիսի 21-ին այցելել է Մարտակերտի եւ Ասկերանի շրջաններ:
Մարտակերտ քաղաքում նախագահն աշխատանքային խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել
շրջվարչակազմի պատասխանատուների հետ: Քննարկվել են շրջանում սոցիալ-տնտեսական ծրագրերի իրականացմանը, ինչպես նաեւ գյուղատնտեսության, շինարարության, ենթակառուցվածքների եւ մշակույթի ոլորտներին վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր:
Այնուհետեւ նախագահն Ասկերան շրջկենտրոնում հրավիրել է խորհրդակցություն՝ Ասկերանի եւ
Մարտունու շրջաններում կարկտահարության հետեւանքով տուժած գյուղացիներին օգնություն տրամադրելու հարցերի շուրջ:
Երկրի ղեկավարը կոնկրետ հանձնարարականներ է տվել շահագրգիռ մարմինների ղեկավարներին՝ նախանշված ծրագրերը ժամանակին եւ բարձր որակով իրականացնելու եւ առկա խնդիրները պատշաճ մակարդակով լուծելու ուղղությամբ:
