«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այս տարվա նոյեմբերի 5–ին Արարատի մարզի Արտաշատ համայնքում կանցկացվի համայնքի ղեկավարի արտահերթ ընտրություն: Այս մասին որոշման նախագիծը կառավարության այսօր կայանալիք նիստին կներկայացնի Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարար Դավիթ Լոքյանը:

Ինչպես հայտնի է, Արտաշատի քաղաքապետ, նախկին վարչապետ Հովիկ Աբրահամյանի որդին՝ «Ծառուկյան» դաշինքից առաջադրված Արգամ Աբրահամյանը, այս տարվա ապրիլի 2–ին ընտրվել է Ազգային Ժողովի պատգամավոր:

Վերջինս Արտաշատ համայնքի ղեկավարի պաշտոնում ընտրվել էր 2015 թ. հունիսի 7–ին կայացած համայնքի ղեկավարի ընտրության արդյունքում: «Տեղական ինքնակառավարման մասին» ՀՀ օրենքի 26–րդ հոդվածի 3–րդ մասի համաձայն՝ այս տարվա մայիսի 17–ին Արտաշատ համայնքի ավագանին կազմել է համայնքի ղեկավարի լիազորությունների դադարեցման մասին արձանագրություն և վերոնշյալ արձանագրությունը Արարատի մարզպետի միջոցով ներկայացվել է Տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարություն:

Արտաշատ համայնքի ղեկավարի արտահերթ ընտրության համար ժամկետ սահմանվել է 2017 թ. նոյեմբերի 5–ը, քանի որ այդ օրը նշանակված է որպես տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրությունների անցկացման օր՝ ՀՀ կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովի նախագահի 2016 թ. սեպտեմբերի 29–ի №59–Ա որոշմամբ:

Ստացվում է, որ Արտաշատը ամիսներ շարունակ քաղաքապետ չի ունենա, և քաղաքի կառավարումը կմնա փոխքաղաքապետերի «հույսին»:
