Հայաստանում Հնդկաստանի դեսպանի մասնակցությամբ անցկացվեց յոգայի բաց դաս

Հնդկաստանի վարչապետ Նարենդրա Մոդիի նախաձեռնությամբ հունիսի 21-ը յոգայի միջազգային օր է հայտարարվել դեռ 2015 թվականից։ «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին ԹՈՒՄՈ-ի այգում յոգայի բաց դասի ժամանակ ասաց Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունում Հնդկաստանի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Յոգեշվար Սանգվանը։
«Յոգան կարգապահություն է, առողջություն, այն ներդաշնակության է բերում միտքը, այն խաղաղություն է բերում, թե աշխարհում, թե ողջ տիեզերքում»,- նշեց Յոգեշվար Սանգվանը։
Մասնակիցներնից մեկը՝ Նատալին, ով իր ամուսնու հետ եկել էր Թուրքիայի մայրաքաղաք Ստամբուլից ասաց, որ արդեն երեք տարի է, ինչ զբաղվում է յոգայով։ «Ես սկսեցի յոգայով զբաղվել, որպեսզի կյանքը շարունակեմ։ Շատ լուրջ խնդիրեր ունեի իմ կյանքում և յոգան ինձ համար բանալի էր։ Մինչև երեք տարի առաջ իմ կյանքը շատ վատ հունով էր ընթանում, իսկ հիմա ես ավելի հանգիստ եմ, շատ եմ խորհում, դարձել եմ ժպտերես և արևին եմ մոտեցել»,- ասաց Նատալին։
2015 թվականից սկսված ամեն տարի հունիսի 21-ին տոնվում է յոգայի միջազգային օրը։ Յոգայի մարզումից հետո մարդիկ հնարավորություն ունեցան լսելու խաղաղության մանտրաներ։
