ՀՀ վարչապետ. «ՀՀ կառավարության ծրագրում դրված է անվտանգ, արդար և խելացի Հայաստան ունենալու տեսլականը»

Հայաստանի կառավարությունը քաջատեղյակ է այն սպասելիքներից, որ ունի հասարակությունը և իր գործողություններում հաշվի է առնում այդ սպասելիքները։ Ազգային ժողովում կառավարության ծրագրի քննարկմանն այս մասին ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը։ «Մենք հստակ պատկերացնում ենք մեր ներկան, գիտենք ինչ խնդիրներ և հնարավորություններ ունենք։ Ունենք նաև ապագայի հստակ տեսլական, գիտենք, թե ինչ է պետք փոխել։ Մենք ներկայացնում ենք առարկայական ծրագիր»,– ընդգծեց ՀՀ վարչապետը։
 
Հայաստանը փոքր և քիչ ռեսուրսներ ունեցող երկիր է, որի սահմանների մեծ մասը փակ է: «Հայաստանը ծովային ելք չունեցող երկիր է, որի չորս սահմաններից միայն երկուսն են բաց։ Մեր երկիրը բախվում է տարածաշրջանային մարտահրավերներին, որոնք սպառնում են մեր անվտանգությանը: Այս համատեքստում առանցքային է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության և Արցախի Հանրապետության անվտանգ զարգացման իրավաքաղաքական, ռազմական կայուն երաշխիքների ձևավորման խնդիրը: Մենք կանգնած ենք մեր սահմանները պաշտպանելու մարտահրավերների առջև: Ելնելով այդ հանգամանքներից՝ մենք պետք է շարունակենք զարգացնել մեր ռազմական կարողությունները՝ ապահովելով զինված ուժերի մարտունակությունը, մշտապես կատարելագործումն ու համընթաց արդիականացումը, ինչպես նաև ժամանակակից սպառազինությունը»,– ասաց վարչապետը։
 
ՀՀ վարչապետը ներկայացրեց նաև կառավարության ծրագրի թիրախները՝ 5 տոկոս ՀՆԱ–ի աճ, նվազագույն աշխատավարձի բարձրացում 25 տոկոսով, արտահանման աճի նշանակալի տեմպերի ապահովում՝ ապրանքների և ծառայությունների արտահանման մասնաբաժինը ՀՆԱ–ում հասցնելով 40–45 տոկոսի, աղքատության կրճատման ապահովում՝ իջեցնելով այն 12 տոկոսային կետով:
