Զավեն Կարապետյանը ՀՀ զինված ուժերում չի ծառայել. ոստիկանությունը նոր մանրամասներ է հաղորդել

Ադրբեջանական զանգվածային լրատվության միջոցներով տեղեկություն էր տարածվել հայազգի Զավեն Կարապետյան անուն-ազգանունով անձի գերեվարվելու մասին։
ՀՀ ոստիկանության կողմից կատարված ստուգումներով եւ ուսումնասիրությամբ պարզվել է, որ տարածված անձնական տվյալները համընկնում են Վանաձորի Մայմեխի 1 հասցեում գտնվող ծերանոցում հաշվառված, 16․11․1974 թ․ ծնված Զավեն Կարապետյանի տվյալների հետ։
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ոստիկանության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի և լրատվության վարչությունից,Կարապետյանը ծնվել է Նոր Խարբերդ ավանում։ Մայրը` Մ․ Կարապետյանը, եղել է Խարբերդի հաշմանդամների տան շահառու։
1978 թ․ Զավեն Կարապետյանն ընդունվել է Գավառի մանկատուն, որտեղից դուրս է գրվել 1982 թ․ եւ տեղափոխվել մայրաքաղաքի Սովետաշենի օժանդակ դպրոց։
1994 թ․ աշնանը Զ․Կարապետյանը տեղափոխվել է Վանաձոր քաղաք եւ մոտ 4 տարի բնակվել Շառլ Ազնավուրի հիմնադրամի կողմից տրամադրված տնակում` օժանդակ դպրոցի նախկին սաներից մեկի հետ, հետո միայնակ է բնակվել Վանաձորի «Արմենիա» առողջարանի տարածքում տեղադրված եւ իրեն հատկացված տնակում։ Հաշվառման վայր չունենալու պատճառով 2004 թ․ հաշվառվել է Վանաձորի Մայմեխի 1 հասցեում գտնվող ծերանոցում եւ նույն թվականին Վանաձորի անձնագրային բաժանմունքի կողմից ստացել անձնագիր։ Անձնագրի վավերականացման տասնամյա ժամկետը լրանալուց հետո չի դիմել նոր անձնագիր ստանալու համար։
Զ․Կարապետյանը ՀՀ զինված ուժերում չի ծառայել, քանի որ առողջական խնդիրներ է ունեցել (մտավոր հետամնացություն) եւ ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախարարի համապատասխան հրամանի համաձայն՝ 24․12․1993 ազատվել է ծառայությունից։
Զ․Կարապետյանը հետագայում ապամոնտաժել եւ վաճառել է իր տնակը եւ դրանից հետո վարել թափառական կյանք, մշտական բնակության վայր չի ունեցել։ Ըստ ստացված տեղեկությունների՝ ՀՀ տարբեր տարածքներում վարձատրության դիմաց անասնապահությամբ է զբաղվել։ Խուսափել է շփումներից, եղել է ինքնամփոփ, առերեւույթ ակնհայտ են եղել մտավոր թերություններ։
