Ադրբեջանական շուկայում վերջերս հայկական կարտոֆիլ և ծիրան է հայտնվել

Ադրբեջանական  արտադրանքը  Հայաստան ներկրելը արգելելու համար պետք է կիրառել պաշտոնական սանկցիաներ, մշակել մեխանիզմներ: Սակայն խնդիրը միայն Հայաստանում չէ, ադրբեջանական շուկայում վերջերս ևս հայտնվել է հայաստանյան արտադրության բանջարեղեն՝ կարտոֆիլ և ծիրան: Այս մասին հունիսի 22-ին կայացած ասուլիսում խոսեց սոցիոլոգ Ահարոն Ադիբեկյանը:

«Խնդիրը միայն հայկական շուկայում ադրբեջանական արտադրանքի առկայությունը չէ: Վերջերս ադրբեջանական շուկայում էլ հայկական կարտոֆիլ ու ծիրան են հայտնվել: Այնտեղ ժամանակ առ ժամանակ հայտնաբերվում են խանութներ, որոնցում վաճառվում է նաև հայկական կոնյակ, օղի, ծխախոտ, կոշիկ, հագուստ: Այնուամենայնիվ, Հայաստանը պետք է հետևողական լինի այն երկրների նկատմամբ, որոնք չեն ճանաչում Հայոց ցեղասպանությունը, Արցախը: Պետք է կիրառի պատժամիջոցներ, և այդ ցուցակում առաջին տեղը կգրավի Ադրբեջանը: Պետք է կիրառվեն պաշտոնական պատժամիջոցներ, տրվեն հրահանգներ, մշակվեն մեխանիզմներ, որ ապրանք ներկրող հայն ունենա ապրանքի ծագման մասին հավաստագիր»,-ասաց Ահարոն Ադիբեկյանն ու հավելեց, թե հայ գործարարները ևս պետք է գիտակցեն, որ պետք չէ հակառակորդի բյուջեին գումար ավելացնել, որը հետագայում կարող է դառնալ ռազմական բյուջեի մի մաս:

Նրա խոսքով՝ Հայաստանը տարեկան ներկրում է 3 մլրդ դոլարից ավելի ապրանք, որից բանջարեղենի մասնաբաժինը կազմում է ընդամենը 9 մլն: Այսինքն՝ եթե նույնիսկ Ադրբեջանից կամ Թուրքիայից ներկրվում է բանջարեղեն, այն չնչին տոկոս է կազմում Հայաստանում սննդի ներկրման ծավալի մեջ: «Իսկ վաճառված և Հայաստանից դուրս տարված ապրանքների համար չենք կարող ապահովել վերահսկողություն: Օրինակ՝ Վրաստանը գնում է հայկական ծիրանը և վաճառում՝ որ երկրին ուզի»,-ասաց Ադիբեկյանը:

Հայաստան սննդամթերքի ներկրման առումով առաջինը Ռուսաստանն է, հետո Չինաստանը, Գերմանիան, Պարսկաստանը, Իտալիան, Թուրքիան, Ուկրաինան, ԱՄՆ-ը, Վրաստանը, Ֆրանսիան:  «Թուրքիան Հայաստան ապրանք արտահանող 50 երկրից 6-րդն է: Թուրքիայից Հայաստան ներկրվում  է 137 մլն դոլարի արտադրանք, իսկ Հայաստանից Թուրքիա  արտահանվում է 1.5 մլն դոլարի համարժեք արտադրանք»,-ասաց նա ու նշեց, որ Թուրքիայից ներկրելու պատճառը ապրանքի ցածր գինն է:

Ադիբեկյանի խոսքով՝ առաջարկ կա Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության երկրների ապրանքների վրա նշել, որ արտադրված են ԵԱՏՄ-ում, և Ադրբեջանի համար դժվար է լինելու, որոշել, թե տվյալ ապրանքը որ երկրից է եկել:
