Արցախի խորհրդարանում ընդունել են բելգիացի սենատոր Յորիս Պոշետին

 Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը հունիսի 22-ին ընդունել է Բելգիայի սենատոր, ֆլամանդական խորհրդարանի պատգամավոր  Յորիս Պոշետին: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի մամուլի ծառայությունից:

Ողջունելով պատգամավորին՝ խորհրդարանի ղեկավարն  ընդգծել է, որ Բելգիայի խորհրդարանականների հետ վերջին տարիներին հաճախակի դարձած հանդիպումները փոխգործակցության որոշակի ավանդույթներ են ձևավորել՝ հարաբերություններին ավելի գործնական ուղղվածություն հաղորդելու համար:

«Բելգիացի գործընկեր խորհրդարանականների միջոցով փորձում ենք Արցախի պետական և հասարակական ոլորտների տեսակետները լսելի դարձնել  և´ Բելգիայի խորհրդարանական շրջանակներում, և´ եվրոպական կառույցներում»,-նշել է Աշոտ Ղուլյանը:

Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ընդունելության համար՝ Յորիս Պոշետը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել  աջակցել համագործակցության խորացմանը՝ խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության միջոցով:

«Մենք, որպես փոքր երկրներ, առավել քան մյուսները, պետք է ակտիվորեն օգտագործենք մեր մտավոր կարողություններն ու դիվանագիտական հնարավորությունները՝ փակուղային իրավիճակներից ելք գտնելու համար»,- կարևորել է բելգիացի սենատորը:

Հանդիպման ընթացքում մտքեր են փոխանակվել Արցախի հիմնահարցի շուրջ եվրոպական կառույցների վարած քաղաքականության, Ադրբեջանի կողմից Արցախի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը խեղաթյուրելու ադրբեջանական փորձերի և դրանց հակազդման մեխանիզմների կիրառման շուրջ:

Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել են  ԱԺ նախագահի տեղակալ Վահրամ Բալայանը, արտաքին հարաբերությունների մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Արզիկ Մխիթարյանը, Հայ Դատի Եվրոպայի հանձնախմբի նախագահ Գասպար Կարապետյանը, Հայ Դատի եվրոպական գրասենյակի քաղաքական հարցերով պատասխանատու  Հեղինե Էվինյանը:

Այնուհետև ԱԺ նիստերի փոքր դահլիճում տեղի է ունեցել Արցախի Հանրապետություն-Եվրախորհրդարան բարեկամական խմբի անդամների հանդիպումը Յորիս Պոշետի հետ:

Բարեկամական խմբի ղեկավար Վահրամ Բալայանը, ողջունելով հյուրին, համոզմունք է հայտնել, որ այսուհետ ևս, խումբը կշարունակի կապող օղակ լինել Արցախի վերաբերյալ տեղեկատվությունը եվրոպական գործընկերներին տրամադրելու գործում:

Բարեկամական խմբի անդամները բելգիացի սենատորի խնդրանքով ներկայացրել են իրենց տեսակետները Արցախի ապագա կարգավիճակի, սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներից բխող օրենսդրական կարգավորումների թեմաներով:

Հանդիպմանը քննարկվել են նաև աշխարհաքաղաքական նոր իրողությունների պայմաններում աճող սպառնալիքներին, կրթության ոլորտում հնարավոր համագործակցությանը    և այլ թեմաների վերաբերող հարցեր:
