ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երեւան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում քննվող քրեական գործով հետախուզում է հայտարարվել՝ ՀՀ ԿԳՆ կրթության պետական տեսչության մասնագիտական կրթության տեսչավորման բաժնի պետ Սամսոն Սահակյանի նկատմամբ: Այս մասին այսօր՝ հունիսի 22-ին, NEWS.am-ը տեղեկանում է ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեի մամուլի ծառայությունից:
Նախնական տվյալներով՝ քաղաքացին ԱՄՆ ներգաղթային արտոնագիր ստանալու նպատակով ՀՀ-ում ԱՄՆ դեսպանություն ներկայացրած փաստաթղթերի հետ մեկտեղ 2017թ. ապրիլի 11-ին ներկայացրել է պաշտոնեական փաստաթուղթ՝ ատեստատ՝ միջնակարգ դպրոցն ավարտելու վերաբերյալ: Ատեստատի իրական լինելու հանգամանքը ստուգելու նպատակով դեսպանության կողմից հարցում է ուղարկվել ՀՀ իրավասու մարմիններին, որի արդյունքում պարզվել է, որ նշված դպրոցի շրջանավարտների ատեստատների բաշխման մատյանում նման անուն-ազգանունով շրջանավարտ գրանցված չէ, այսինքն՝ ատեստատը կեղծ է։
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցվել է քրեական գործ՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 325-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով, որով նախաքննությունն իրականացվում է ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնում: Ձեռնարկված անհրաժեշտ քննչական գործողությունների արդյունքում պարզվել է կեղծ ատեստատի ձեռք բերման աղբյուրը, եղանակը. նախնական տվյալներով՝ բնակիչները կեղծ ատեստատը ձեռք են բերել Ս.Սահակյանից՝ վճարելով 1500 ԱՄՆ դոլար:
Ձեռք բերված ապացույցների հիման վրա ՀՀ ՔԿ ԵՔՔՎ Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի քննչական բաժնի քննիչը որոշում է կայացրել՝ Ս.Սահակյանին քրեական գործով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու մասին եւ նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում։ Հանձնարարություն է տրվել ոստիկանության համապատասխան ստորաբաժանումներին միջոցներ ձեռնարկել՝ նրան հայտնաբերելու եւ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ: Նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է:
