«Ելք» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Էդմոն Մարուքյանը Tert.am-ի հետ զրույցում ասաց, որ պատրաստվում է նամակով դիմել Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության հանձնաժողով, քանի որ Ռուսաստանում երթևեկության կանոնների փոփոխության արդյունքում նրանք, ովքեր ունեն օտարերկրյա վարորդական իրավունք, չեն կարող զբաղվել այնպիսի ձեռնարկատիրական գործունեությամբ, որն ուղղակիորեն կապված է տրանսպորտային միջոց վարելու հետ: 

Նա նշեց, որ դիմում են հանձնաժողովին, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացիների իրավունքները պաշտպանվեն: «Եթե ԵԱՏՄ համաձայնագիրը չի գործում, ուրեմն չկա նաև ԵԱՏՄ»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ հազարավոր քաղաքացիներ են այդ որոշումից տուժելու:

«Այստեղ աշխատուժի ազատ տեղաշարժի մասին է խոսքը, այսինքն` Ռուսաստանից աշխատուժը կարող է Հայաստանում գալ աշխատել, քանի որ մենք օրենսդրական արգելքներ չունեն, իսկ մեր քաղաքացիները չեն կարող գնալ և նույն կերպ այնտեղ աշխատել: Վարորդն այդ ամբողջ պատմության մի օրինակ է»,-ասաց նա:

Պատգամավորը նշեց, որ սա ցույց է տալիս, որ ԵԱՏՄ համաձայնագիրը ընդհանրապես չի գործում և թղթի վրա է մնացել: 

«Այստեղ միության մասին խոսք գնալ չի կարող: Օրինակ՝ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության քաղաքացիները ներքին անձնագրով կարող են գալ Հայաստան, իսկ իրենք մեր վարորդական իրավունքները չեն ճանաչում` ըստ այդ նոր օրենքի: Դրանք աբսուրդներ են, որոնց դեմ պետք է պայքարել և փոխել»,-ասաց նա:
