«Նևե-Տիրցա» կանացի բանտը գտնվում է Իսրայելի Ռամլա քաղաքում, տեղավորում է 18-70 տարեկան 200 բանտարկյալի:
Նրանք կազմում են Իսրայելի ընդհանուր մոտ 20-25 000 բանտարկյալների միայն փոքր մասը:
Լուսանկարիչ Թոմեր Իֆրահին Թել-Ավիվից, ով 2011 թ. բանտ այցելելու թույլտվություն ստացավ:
Այն ժամանակ նա աշխատում էր որպես թղթակից, նրա առաջնային առաջադրանքն էր մի բանտարկյալի լուսանկարելը:
3 ամիս լուսանկարիչը շաբաթական գոնե մեկ օր անցկացնւոմ էր կանացի բանտում, լսում էր պատժվածների պատմությունները:
«Բանտարկյալները տարբեր սոցիալական ծագում ունեն, հիմնականում պատկանում են անիրավ ազգային փոքրամասնություններին: Նրանք ստիպված են լինում ապրել կողք-կողքի նեղ խցերում: Կանանց մեծ մասը երկրորդ կամ երրորդ անգամ է դատապարված. նրանք չեն կարողանում դուրս գալ այդ փակ շրջանից»:
1979 թ. «Նևե-Տիրցա»-ի նախկին կալանավոր պաղեստինուհի Ռասմեա Օդեհը, ով մեղադրվել էր երկու պայթյունների համար, ցուցմունք տվեց Իսրայելի և մարդու իրավունքների հարցերով ՄԱԿ-ի կոմիտեին:
Նա տեսել էր, թե ինչպես են 150 կանայք ապրում մեկ խցում, նրանցից ոմանք՝ երեխաների հետ:
Բանտարկյալները զուրկ էին արտահայտման ազատության իրավունքից, նրանցից խլում էին ցանկացած նամակ, որոնցում նրանք գրում էին իիենց վիճակի մասին:
Հրեաներին և մուսուլմաններին ոչ մի կերպ չէին առանձնացնում: Այդ պատճառով վեճեր էին առաջանում:
Հավաքական պատիժներ էին իրագործվում, ներառյալ՝ ծեծ, գազի կիրառում, ընկերների և հարզատների այցերի արգելում:
Լուսանկարիչը պատմում է. «կանանց պահում են 5-6 հոգով մեկ խցում: Երեկոյան 7-ից մինչև առավոտ դռները փակում են: Մնացած ժամանակ կարելի է դուրս գալ, բայց դրսում էլ շատ բանտարկյալներ կան: Պարզ է՝ մշտապես վեճեր և ծեծկռտուքներ են առաջանում»:
«Շատերն ընդհանրապես չպետք է այնտեղ գտնվեն, նրանց հոգեբուժական օգնություն է պետք: Մեծ մասը ծնվել էր ոչ Իսրայելում, այլ եկել էր Ռուսաստանից, Եթովպիայից կամ Հարավային Ամերիկայից»:
Լուսանկարիչը բանտ վերադարձավ 2014 թ. և հուսադրող ֆոտոշարք պատրաստեց նորաձևության առաջին ցուցադրության մասին, որը կազմակերպել էին բանտակյալ կանայք:
