Իրականում ոչ ոքի այնքան չի անհանգստացնում, թե ինչ եք դուք անում, որքան ինքներդ եք կարծում: Ոմանք համակրում են ձեզ, ոմանք՝ ոչ: Դադարեք անհանգստանալ այն մասին, թե ինչ են մտածում ուրիշները, քանի որ, անկեղծ ասած, դա նշանակություն չունի:

Երբ ես ավելի երիտասարդ էի, շատ ժամանակ էի վատնում՝ անհանգստանալով այլ մարդկանց եւ իրավիճակների մասին: Դա սթրես էր առաջացնում եւ ոչնչով չէր օգնում նրանց: Ամեն դեպքում, մարդիկ անելու են այն, ինչ ուզում են: Դուք կարող եք խորհուրդ տալ, բայց երբ բանը հասնում է նրանց գործողություններին, կարող եք միայն ձեզ վերահսկել:
Դուք կկորցնեք մարդկանց, որոնց սիրում եք
27 տարեկանում ես մեծ կորուստներ ունեցա: Սպասում եք դրան, թե՝ ոչ, ցավ է պատճառում: Պահպանեք ձեզ շրջապատող մարդկանց, քանի որ կափսոսաք, որ ժամանակին պատշաճ ուշադրություն չեք հատկացրել նրանց:

Երբեմն կյանքը դժվար է, եւ զգում եք, որ չեք կարողանա հաղթել: Լինում են պահեր, երբ մենք մտածում եք, որ այլեւս լավ չի լինի: Երբ ես կյանքի նման իրավիճակներում էի, մարդիկ ասում էին՝ «Ամեն ինչ կկարգավորվի, մի անհանգստացիր»: Այդպես էլ եղավ:
Ամեն ինչ այնքան վատ չէ, որքան կարծում եք
Կյանքը երբեմն դառը հաբ է մատուցում: Բայց ոչ միշտ է այդպես լինում: Դուք ողջ եք, եւ դա ինքնին երջանկություն է:
