ՀՀ ՊՆ N զորամասի զինծառայող Մնացական Սանթրոսյանը 339 փամփուշտ է գտել , որոնք թաքցրել է, իսկ արձակուրդ մեկնելիս տարել տուն: Գործի նախաքննություն ավարտվել է և գործը հունիսի 21-ին ուղարկվել է Բերդի ընդհանուր իրավասության առաջին ատյանի դատարան: Այն մակագրվել է դատավոր Զոյա Զաքինյանին:
Tert.am-ը Դատական տեղեկատվական համակարգից տեղեկացավ, որ ժամկետային զինծառայող Մնացական Սանթրոսյանին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել այն բանի համար, որ նա, հանդիսանալով ՀՀ ՊՆ Ն զորամասի ժամկետային զինծառայող 2017թ մարտի 17-ից մինչև ապրիլի 2-ն ընդգրկված լինելով նույն զորամասի պաշտպանական շրջանում տեղակայված Խուբան կոչվող մարտական հենակետում որպես դիտորդ, 2017թ մարտի 26-ին ժամը 06:30-ի սահմաններում մարտական հենակետում գտնելով ապօրինի կերպով ձեռք է բերել 339 հատ 7.62 տրամաչափի ռազմամթերք հանդիսացող փամփուշտներ:
Զինծառայողը փամփուշտները թաքցնելով իր մոտ գտնվող սպորտային պայուսակում, դրանք ապօրինի կերպով տեղափոխել է զորամաս և պահել գումարտակի պահասենյակում: Ապրիլի 5-ին հերթական արձակուրդ մեկնելիս, Վանաձոր քաղաքի իրենց տուն տեղափոխելու նպատակով փամփուշտները տեղավորել է Տավուշի մարզի Արծվաբերդ գյուղի բնակիչ Հովիկ Գրիգորյանի կողմից շահագործվող Վազ 2107 մակնիշի ավտոմեքենայի բեռնախցիկում, սակայն նույն օրը ժամը 12:00-ի սահմաններում Տավուշի ՌՈ բաժնի աշխատակիցների կողմից հայտնաբերվել է:
Ժամկետային զինծառայողին մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 235-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի հատկանիշներով՝ ապօրինի կերպով հրազեն, բացի ողորկափող հրազենից և դրա փամփուշտներից, ռազմամթերք, ակոսափող հրազենի փամփուշտներ, պայթուցիկ նյութեր կամ պայթուցիկ սարքեր ձեռք բերելը, իրացնելը, պահելը, փոխադրելը կամ կրելը՝ պատժվում է կալանքով՝ առավելագույնը երեք ամիս ժամկետով, կամ ազատազրկմամբ՝ առավելագույնը երեք տարի ժամկետով:
Մնացական Սանթրոսյանի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել հրամանատարության հսկողությանը հանձնելը:
