1. Ձեռքերը ճիշտ լվացեք

Օճառի և ջրի հետ հաճախակի շփման արդյունքում ձեռքերի մաշկը կարող է կորցնել խոնավությունը և թեփոտվել: Դրանից խուսափելու համար՝

  • օգտագործեք խոնավացնող բաղադրիչներ պարունակող օճառ, օրինակ՝ ալոե վերա, ժոժոբայի կամ ձիթապտղի յուղ պարունակող,

  • լվացեք ձեռքերը գոլ, այլ ոչ տաք ջրով:

2. Կրեք ձեռնոցներ

Ձեռքերն անընդհատ ենթարկվում են նեգատիվ արտաքին ազդեցության, և դրանք պաշտպանելու համար հարկավոր է օգտագործել ձեռնոցներ՝

  • կաշվե կամ բրդյա՝ ցուրտ եղանակից պաշտպանվելու համար,

  • ռետինե ձեռնոցներ ափսեները լվալիս:

3. Պարբերաբար խոնավացրեք ձեռքերը

Ձեռքի քսուքը նույնքան կարևոր հիգիենայի պարագա է, որքան օճառը կամ շամպունը:

  • օգտագործեք քսուքն ըստ անհրաժեշտության, սակայն ոչ պակաս, քան օրը 2 անգամ (առավոտյան և երեկոյան),

  • եղունգները նույնպես ունեն խոնավացման կարիք, ուստի քսուքը քսեք նաև եղունգներին:

4. Մի մոռացեք ձեռքերի մաշկի սնուցման մասին

Բացի ձեռքի քսուքից՝ հարկավոր է նաև օգտագործել սկրաբներ և դիմակներ ձեռքերի մաշկի համար: Կարող եք նաև առանձին սկրաբ և դիմակ չպատրաստելու համար այդ նպատակով օգտագործել մարմնի սկրաբը և դեմքի դիմակը:

5. Օգտագործեք արևապաշտպան քսուք
