«Հայկական ժամանակ» թերթը գրում է. «Վարչապետ Կարեն Կարապետյանը երեկ որոշում է ընդունել վարչապետի 2010 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 10-ին ընդունած «731-Ն» որոշման մեջ փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին: «731-Ն» որոշումով գործադիրը 7 տարի առաջ սահմանել էր պետական գերատեսչություններին եւ այլ հաստատություններին հատկացված ծառայողական պետհամարանիշերի ձեւերը: Երեկ կայացված որոշմամբ փոփոխության են ենթարկվել միայն ԱԺ աշխատակազմին տրամադրված պետհամարանիշերի տառերն ու թվերը: Մինչ օրս խորհրդարանի թե՛ աշխատակազմին, թե՛ պատգամավորներին տրամադրվել են «001 օօ 01»-ից մինչեւ «999 օօ 01» պետհամարանիշերը: Այսուհետ ԱԺ-ի աշխատակազմի նոր պետհամարանիշերը կլինեն «001 HH 01»-ից մինչեւ «999 HH 01» թվերի եւ տառերի համակցությամբ:
ՀՀ ԱԺ աշխատակազմի հանրային կապերի վարչության պետ Արսեն Բաբայանը armtimes.com-ի հետ զրույցում պարզաբանեց, թե ինչու է պետհամարանիշերը փոփոխելու անհրաժեշտություն առաջացել: «Նկատի ունենալով, որ համարանիշերի հետ կապված եղել են կազմակերպչական խնդիրներ, որոշ համարներ չգիտեինք, թե ում մոտ են, արմատական փոփոխության կարիք առաջացավ»,- ասաց Արսեն Բաբայանը՝ նշելով, որ մինչ օրս հանձնված «...օօ 01»-ով ավարտվող բոլոր պետհամարանիշերը լիազոր մարմնի՝ ոստիկանության կողմից ուժը կորցրած են ճանաչվել:
Նախկին եւ ներկա պատգամավորները, որոնք նախկինում նման պետհամարանիշերով են վարել իրենց մեքենաները, պարտավոր են այդ համարանիշերը հանձնել ոստիկանությանը:
ԱԺ աշխատակազմը «… HH 01»-ով ավարտվող համարանիշերը սահմանված կարգով կհատկացնի նոր գումարման ԱԺ-ի ներկայացուցիչներին: Նշենք, որ «001 օօ 01» պետհամարանիշն այսօր ամրակցված է ԱԺ նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանին սպասարկող ծառայողական ավտոմեքենայի վրա: Ենթադրվում է, որ առաջիկայում այն կդառնա «001 HH 01»:
Մամուլի հրապարակումների համաձայն, հինգերորդ գումարման ԱԺ-ի նախագահներից Հովիկ Աբրահամյանն աջ ու ձախ բաժանել էր ԱԺ-ին հասանելիք պետհամարանիշերը, պատգամավորների մի մասն էլ ինչ համար ցանկացել՝ այն էլ ստացել է, առանց հաշվի առնելու կարգը: Քիչ չեն եղել նաեւ դեպքերը, երբ պատգամավորները պարզապես վաճառել են իրենց հատկացված պետհամարանիշերը»:
