«ԱՐԱՐԱՏԲԱՆԿ»-ը ևս միացավ պետական ծառայություններ մատուցող օպերատորներին

Պետական իշխանության մարմինների սպասարկման գրասենյակների գործառույթներ իրականացնող օպերատորների թիվը կավելանա ևս մեկով: ՀՀ կառավարության այսօրվա նիստում այս մասին նշեց արդարադատության նախարար Դավիթ Հարությունյանը՝ հավելելով, որ օպերատորների ցանկում կընդգրկվի նաև «ԱՐԱՐԱՏԲԱՆԿ» բաց բաժնետիրական ընկերությունը: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ արդարադատության նախարարության տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:
Նախարարը հիշեցրեց, որ ներկայում պետական իշխանության մարմինների սպասարկման գրասենյակների գործառույթներ է իրականացնում 6 օպերատորների 51 գրասենյակ՝ հանրապետության բոլոր մարզերում. օպերատորներին վերապահվել է 67 պետական ծառայություն իրականացնելու իրավասություն: Հարկ է նշել նաև, որ Ազգային Ժողովի կողմից հավանության արժանացած կառավարության ծրագրի համաձայն՝ վերաիմաստավորվում է նաև պետական ծառայությունների մատուցման ոլորտում իրականացվող բարեփոխումները: Ըստ այդմ, նախատեսվում է ոչ միայն ընդլայնել պետական իշխանության մարմինների գործառույթներ իրականացնող սպասարկման գրասենյակների քանակն ու աշխարհագրությունը, վերջիններիս կողմից մատուցվող պետական ծառայությունների քանակը, այլ որպես բարեփոխման առանցքային ուղղություն դիտարկվում է նույն ծառայությունների առցանց մատուցման համար հնարավորությունների ստեղծումը: Նախատեսվում է Էլեկտրոնային կառավարման ոլորտում ստեղծված բարենպաստ պայմնները և անձի նույնականացման էլեկտրոնային գործիքները օգտագործելով՝ խթանել էլեկտրոնային եղանակով քաղաքացիներին և բիզնեսին ծառայությունների մատուցումը: Նախարարը ներկայացնելով որոշման նախագիծը ընդգծեց, որ մինչև տարեվերջ որոշ ծառայություններ քաղաքացիներին կտրամադրվեն նաև էլեկտրոնային եղանակով: Մասնավորապես, արդարադաատության ոլորտում իրավաբանական անձանց պետական գրանցման ոլորտում իրականացվող բոլոր գործառնությունները հնարավոր կլինի իրականացնել առցանց, էլեկտրոնային նույնականացման գործիքների կիրառմամբ՝ առանց պետական մարմնի գրասենյակ այցելելու:
