Ռուսաստանի սահմանը հատած և Նորվեգիայում հայտնված հայերի հարցը ՀՀ ԱԳՆ-ի ուշադրության կենտրոնում է

Ռուսաստանի ամենահեռավոր հյուսիսային սահմանը հատած և Նորվեգիայում հայտնված հայերի հարցը ՀՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարության ուշադրության կենտրոնում է: Նորվեգիայում ՀՀ դեսպանությունը դիմել է այդ երկրի ոստիկանություն, որտեղից հաստատել են փաստը և նշել, որ գործը փոխանցված է միգրացիոն ծառայություն։ Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրեց ՀՀ ԱԳՆ մամուլի խոսնակ Տիգրան Բալայանը: «Այդ մարմնից փորձում ենք պարզել նրանց ինքնությունը և կապ հաստատել նրանց հետ։ Այժմ գրավոր հարցում ենք ուղարկել Նորվեգիայի պատկան մարմիններին և սպասում ենք նրանց պատասխանին` պարզելու համար, թե կարո՞ղ են, արդյոք հաստատել, որ ՀՀ քաղաքացիներ են եղել սահմանը հատողները, ինչպես նաև թե ինչ փաստաթղթերի վրա հիմնվելով են սահմանել նրանց` ՀՀ քաղաքացի լինելը»,-նշեց Բալայանը:
Associated Press-ի հրապարակման համաձայն՝ Արկտիկայի հեռավոր սահմանային անցակետը վեց հայ փախստականները հատել են հունիսի 20-ին: Նորվեգիայում նրանց հայտնվելը մեծ իրարարանցում է առաջացրել, քանի որ Նորվեգիայի և Ռուսաստանի միջև սահմանը պաշտպանելու փոխադարձ համաձայնագիր կա, ըստ որի՝ առանց պատշաճ փաստաթղթերի չի թույլատրվում անցնել սահմանը: Հայտնի է, որ հայերի թվում առնվազն մեկ երեխա կա. Նորվեգական կողմից սահմանային Ստորսկոգի անցակետի պետ Էլեն Կատրին Հետտան նշել է, որ Նորվեգիա մտած վեց հայերը 4 -58 տարեկան են: Պարզ չէ՝ արդյո՞ք նրանք մեկ ընտանիք են: Ռուսաստանի իշխանություններին Նորվեգիան հարցում է ուղարկել՝ պարզելու, թե ինչու են նրանք թույլատրել փախստական հայերին անցնել սահմանը առանց համապատասխան վիզաների:
