Արտաքին պարտքի շուրջ ստեղծված այն իրավիճակը, որում հայտնվել է Հայաստանը, միայն հայկական առանձնահատկություն չունի: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին հունիսի 23-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ ԱԺ ֆինանսավարկայինև բյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ ԳագիկՄինասյանը: Նրա խոսքով` Հայաստանի արտաքին պարտքն իսկապես հասել է օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված շեմին, ինչի նպատակով ՀՀ կառավարության 5 տարվա գործունեության ծրագրում անդրադարձ կար արտաքին պարտքի և դրա կայունացման խնդրին:
«Բազմաթիվ նորանկախ երկրներ, որոնք ունեն իրենց օրենսդրությամբ արտաքին պարտքի չափորոշիչներ, գտնվում են նույն վիճակում, ոմանք նաև գերազանցում են մեզ: ԱՄՀ-ի դիտարկումներով` Հայաստանի ՀՆԱ/պետական պարտք ցուցանիշը սահմանվել է այն ժամանակ, երբ Հայաստանը նախորդ երկու տարիների ֆինանսատնտեսական ճգնաժամը դեռ չէր հաղթահարել: ԱՄՀ-ն առաջարկում է ուսումնասիրել միջազգային փորձը և միգուցե այդ չափորոշիչը ներդնել մեր օրենսդրության մեջ: Կարծում եմ, այն առաջիկայում նույնպես կարող ենք քննարկել, ոսումնասիրել միջազգային փորձը և գտնել լավագույնը»,- ասաց Մինասյանը:
