Բնակչության թվի ավելացումը պատգամավորը հնարավոր է համարում տնտեսական բարեփոխումների և ներգաղթի միջոցով

Ժողովրդագրական վիճակը քրիստոնյա երկրներում բավականին մտահոգիչ է, իսկ դրանց լուծման բանալին քրիստոնյա աշխարհը դեռ չի գտել: «Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ` այս մասին հունիսի 23-ին լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ ԱԺ ֆինանսավարկային ևբյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ ԳագիկՄինասյանը: Նրա խոսքով` փորձը ցույց է տալիս, որ եթե մի քրիստոնյա երկրում, որտեղ կա նաև ոչ քրիստոնյա հատված, և փորձ է արվում խրախուսել ժողովրդագրական խնդիրների լուծումը, ապա այն տեղի է ունենում ոչ քրիստոնյա հատվածի աճի շնորհիվ:
«Այս պարագայում այն չափազանց բարդ լուծելի խնդիր է: Կարծում եմ, միայն ներքին ռեսուրսների հաշվին հնարավոր չէ ապահովել Հանրապետության նախագահի այն հայտարարությունը, որ մինչև 2040 թվականը բնակչության թիվը կհասնի 4 մլն-ի: Այսինքն, եթե կարողանանք կազմակերպել ներգաղթ, բնակչության ավելացումը հնարավոր կլինի մեր այն հայրենակիցների կամ նրանց առաջին սերնդի հաշվին, ովքեր լքել են Հայաստանը բավականին բարդ տարիների ընթացքում»,- ասաց Մինասյանը:
Պատգամավորի կարծիքով` ժողովրդագրական խնդիրը Հայաստանի նման երկրների համար կարելի է համարել ինտեգրալ խնդիր: Նրա խոսքով` եթե բոլոր ոլորտներում հավասարապես չիրականացնենք բարեփոխումներ, դժվար կարողանանք առաջիկայում ունենալ 4 մլն բնակչություն:
Մինասյանը նաև նկատեց, որ Հայաստանի տնտեսության բազմաթիվ ոլորտներում մի շարք բարեփոխումներ են կատարվել:
«Մենք ունենք մի խնդիր` ոչ պատերազմ, ոչ խաղաղություն վիճակը, որը մեզ տևական ժամանակ ուղեկցելու է: Այս պարագայում 4 մլն ազգաբնակչության ունենալը ենթադրում է մի բան, որ երկրում պետք է ամեն ինչ արվի՝ արդար, ապահով, մրցակցային հնարավորություններ ապահովելու միջոցով»,- ասաց նա:
