 Հայաստանի էներգետիկայի ոլորտում 8 մլրդ դոլար ներդրումներ կատարելու առաջարկություն չի արվել։  Դա արևային էներգետիկայում գնահատված ներդրումային պոտենցիալն է։ Արձագանքելով այդ ոլորտում 8 մլրդ դոլարի ներդրումներ կատարելու վերաբերյալ մեկնաբանություններին՝  իր ֆեյսբուքյան էջում ասել է ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների փոխնախարար Հայկ Հարությունյանը:

«ԱՄՆ դեսպանի հայտարարությունը վերաբերում է այն ներդրումային պոտենցիալին, որը մենք ունենք այդ ոլորտում տնտեսապես ամենաարդյունավետ ներուժը իրացնելու դեպքում»,-«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ նշել է փոխնախարարը:

Հայկ Հարությունյանի խոսքով, 8 մլրդ դոլարը փորձագիտական վերլուծությունների վրա հիմնված գնահատական է, որը ներկայացրել է ՀՀ էներգետիկ ենթակառուցվածքների և բնական պաշարների նախարարությունը։

«Դա արևային էներգետիկայում առկա տեխնիկապես արդյունավետ ամբողջ ռեսուրսի իրացման համար պահանջվող ներդրումն է: Բայց այնպես չէ, որ միանգամից գնալու ենք դրան: Մենք խնդիր ունենք ապահովել էներգետիկ համակարգի ինչպես անվտանգությունն ու հուսալիությունը, այնպես էլ հասանելիությունն ու մատչելիությունը։ Արևային էներգիան պետք է մրցունակ լինի այլ տեխնոլոգիաների նկատմամբ և չպետք է բացասական ազդեցություն ունենա սպառողական սակագնի վրա»,-պարզաբանել է Հարությունյանը:

Կա ծրագիր, ըստ որի իրականացվում է արևային էներգիայի ներուժի իրացումը։ Հայտարարվել է մրցույթ՝ 55 մեգավատանոց խոշոր կայան կառուցելու համար ներդրողներից առաջարկներ ստանալու նպատակով։

«Առանց մեծ դժվարությունների հնարավոր կլինի մինչև 2019թ. ավարտը Հայաստանի էներգետիկ համակարգում ունենալ 100-110 մեգավատ արևային հզորություններ»,- վստահեցրել է Հայկ Հարությունյանը:

  Այդ հզորությունների հետագա ավելացումը կախված կլինի իրականացվող մրցույթի արդյունքում ձևավորված սակագնից և ընդհանրապես արևային վահանակների տեխնոլոգիական ու գնային քաղաքականությունից։
