ՍԱՊԾ-ում քննարկվել է նոր սպանդանոցներ ստեղծելու հնարավորությունը

ՀՀ կառավարության ծրագրով նախատեսված՝ մսի իրացման և գնման գործընթացում պարտադիր սպանդանոցային մորթի փուլային անցման ժամանակացույցի համաձայն՝ 2018 թվականի հուլիսի 1-ին հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում վաճառքի նպատակով տեղական մսի ձեռք բերումը պետք է կատարվի միայն ապանդանոցներից: Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ ԳՆ ՍԱՊԾ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Այդ անցումը հնարավորինս սահուն իրականացնելու նպատակով՝ ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայությանը շարունակում է խորհրդատվական հանդիպումները սննդի շղթայի օպերատորների հետ:
Հունիսի 23-ին հերթական հանդիպումն անցկացվել է հանրապետության եզդի համայնքի՝ ավանդաբար անասնապահությամբ զբաղվող ներկայացուցիչների հետ:
ՍԱՊԾ պետ Իշխան Կարապետյանը խոսել է սպանդանոցների կառուցման անհրաժեշտության մասին՝ տեղեկացնելով, որ արդեն գործող 15 սպանդանոցները բավարար չեն հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում սպանդանոցային ծագման մսի պահանջարկը ծածկելու համար: Նա շեշտել է, որ փողոցի վրա, ոչ պատշաճ սանիտարահիգիենիկ պայմաններում կատարվող մորթը պետք է բացառվի և վստահեցրել, որ Ծառայությունն, իր իրավասությունների շրջանակներում, պատրաստ է տրամադրել նոր սպանդանոցների կառուցմանը նպաստող հնարավոր մասնագիտական աջակցություն: «Դուք մեծ ներդրում ունեք անասնապահության, անասաբուծության գործում: Սպանդանոցների ստեղծումը, բիզնեսի տեսանկյունից, ձեզ համար զարգացման նոր հնարավորություն կարող է լինել՝ միաժամանակ բարձրացնելով իրացվող մսի անվտանգության մակարդակը»,-ասել է Ծառայության պետը:
Ծառայության անասնաբուժության տեսչության պետ Հովհաննես Մկրտչյանը մանրամասնել է սպանդանոցներին և մսի իրացման կետերին ներկայացվող պահանջները՝ շեշտելով, որ առնվազն պետք է ունենալ վաճառակետերին կից սպանդային կետեր:
Եզդի տնտեսվարողների հետ նախնական պայմանավորվածություն է ձեռք բերվել սպանդանոցային պայմաններում մորթն իրականացնելու հնարավորություններ ստեղծելու ժամկետների վերաբերյալ: Ծառայությունը իրավիճակին հետևելու նպատակով պարբերաբար շրջայցեր է կատարելու ճանապարհամերձ այն տարածքներ, որտեղ գործունեություն են իրականացնում եզդի ֆերմերները:
