Արտահանվել է շուրջ 36 000 տոննա պտուղ-բանջարեղեն. գյուղնախարարությունում քննարկվել են ընթացիկ հարցեր

ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարար Իգնատի Առաքելյանն այսօր հրավիրել էր խորհրդակցություն՝ պտուղ-բանջարեղեն արտահանող ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչների մասնակցությամբ: Խորհրդակցությանը մասնակցում էին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության փոխնախարար Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը, ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության բուսասանիտարիայի տեսչության պետ Արթուր Նիկոյանը և պաշտոնատար այլ անձինք: Հանդիպման հիմնական նպատակը արտահանման ընթացքում առաջացող խնդիրների քննարկումն էր:Այս մասին «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարության հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից:
Հանդիպման սկզբում նախարարը նշել է, որ եղանակային պայմաններից ելնելով ընթացիկ գյուղատնտեսական տարում արտահանման գործընթացը սկսվել է փոքր-ինչ ուշացումով` միաժամանակ ընդգծելով, որ այդ հանգամանքը չպետք է խոչընդոտ հանդիսանա գործընթացը սահուն և ժամանակին կազմակերպելու համար:
Խորհրդակցության ընթացքում նախարարը ծանոթացել է ընկերությունների ներկայացուցիչների կողմից բարձրացված հարցերին: Մասնավորապես հանդիպման մասնակիցները մտահոգություն են հայտնել տեղական գյուղմթերքն արտահանելիս Վերին Լարսի սահմանային անցակետում առաջացող խնդիրների վերաբերյալ:
ՀՀ գյուղատնտեսության փոխնախարար Ռոբերտ Մակարյանը նշել է, որ հանրապետությունից արդեն արտահանվել է շուրջ 36 000 տոննա պտուղ-բանջարեղեն, որի հիմնական մասը` դեպի Ռուսաստանի Դաշնություն: Բացի այդ, մեկնարկել է ծիրանի բերքահավաքի ու արտահանման գործընթացը, և ավելի քան 1000 տոննա ծիրան արդեն արտահանվել է ՌԴ: Զգալի աճ է գրանցվել հատկապես ելակի արտահանման ծավալներում՝ շուրջ 2500 տոննա, որը երկու անգամ գերազանցում է նախորդ տարվա ծավալները:
Անդրադառնալով ջրաշենցիների դժգոհությանն արտահանողների կողմից ծիրանի ձեռքբերման ցածր գների վերաբերյալ՝ փոխնախարարը հայտնել է, որ խնդիրն արդեն կարգավորվել է: Նրա խոսքով՝ կապ է հաստատվել համայնքապետի և մարզպետարանի գյուղատնտեսության և բնապահպանության վարչության պետի հետ, որոնք տեղեկացրել են, որ 10 ընկերություն արտահանում են իրականացնում համայնքից, որոնցից երկուսն առավոտյան որոշում են կայացրել իջեցնել գները, արդյունքում՝ գյուղացիները հրաժարվել են նրանց ծիրան հանձնել և այն բաշխել են մյուս ընկերությունների միջև:
«Սպայկա» ՍՊԸ նախագծերի կառավարման բաժնի ղեկավար Կարեն Բաղդասարյանը նշել է, որ ընկերությունը հիմնականում մթերումներ է իրականացնում Արարատի մարզի մի շարք համայնքներում, օրերս սկսել են մթերման գործընթացը: Նրա խոսքով՝ արդեն մթերվել է 300 տոննա ծիրան, նախատեսվում է ամբողջ տարվա կտրվածքով մթերել 6-7 հազար տոննա ծիրան` նախորդ տարվա շուրջ 5 հազար տոննայի դիմաց:
ՀՀ ԳՆ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության բուսասանիտարիայի տեսչության պետ Արթուր Նիկոյանն իր հերթին տեղեկացրել է, որ արտահանման սեզոնի մեկնարկին զուգահեռ ծառայությունն իր բոլոր սահմանային հսկիչ կետերում և մաքսային պահեստներում ներդրել է «մեկ պատուհան» սկզբունքը, ինչը զգալիորեն դյուրացնում է արտահանման և ներմուծման գործընթացը: Նա նաև հավելել է, որ ծառայությունն ակտիվորեն համագործակցում է Ռոսսելխոզնադզորի հետ արտահանման ընթացքում առաջացող խնդիրների շուտափույթ լուծման և կարգավորման ուղղությամբ:
