Փաստաբանների պալատի մի խումբ ղեկավար անձանց կողմից ապրիլի 27-ին ծեծի ենթարկված փաստաբան Արմեն Սողոմոնյանին՝ որպես մեղադրյալ, իսկ Տիգրան Աթանեսյանին՝ որպես կասկածյալ հարցաքննության հրավիրելը խոսում է այն մասին, որ Փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահը հատուկ հովանավորությունից է օգտվում պետական բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների կողմից: NEWS.am-ի հետ զրույցում նման կարծիք հայտնեց Աթանեսյանի շահերի պաշտպան Լուսինե Սահակյանը:

«Միայն այն, որ Սողոմոնյանը հրավիրվել է որպես մեղադրյալ, արդեն խոսում է այն մասին, որ անօրինական գործողություններ են կատարվում վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնի կողմից, որովհետեւ հարձակման է ենթարկվել Սողոմոնյանը եւ չէր կարող նա լինել կասկածյալի կարգավիճակում: Որպես կասկածյալ հրավիրվել է նաեւ Տիգրան Աթանեսյանը եւ այսօր մեղադրյալի վերաբերյալ ծանուցում է ստացել արդեն Սողոմոնյանը: Այս ամենը խոսում է այն մասին, որ Փաստաբանների պալատի նախագահը հատուկ հովանավորչությունից է օգտվում պետական բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների կողմից, որովհետեւ նման աղմկահարույց գործը չէր կարող վրիպել բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաների աչքից եւ միայն քննիչների որոշմամբ սա չէր կարող սահմանափակվել: Հատուկ հովանավորություն ունեցող Արա Զոհրաբյանը, ճնշումներ գործադրելով, փորձում է հասնել նրան, որ Տիգրան Աթանեսյանն ու Արմեն Սողոմոնյանը հրաժարվեն իրենց բողոքներից»,- ասաց փաստաբանը:

Լուսինե Սահակյանը վստահեցրեց, որ իրենք պայքարելու են մինչեւ վերջ, չեն լռելու. «Եթե իրենց թվում է, որ նման գործողություններով կհասնեն նրան, որ Տիգրան Աթանեսյանն ու Արմեն Սողոմոնյանը կհրաժարվեն իրենց բողոքներից, չարաչար սխալվում են: Հետամուտ ենք լինելու, որ իրենց ապօրինությունը կանխենք: Հասկանալի է, որ հայաստանյան ատյաններում դա կարծես անհնարին է, մենք թույլ չենք տալու, որ փաստաբաններին նման կերպ լռեցնեն, հատկապես այն փաստաբաններին, որոնք փորձել են իրենց իրավունքները պաշտպանել, լինել անկախ, ազատ»:

Հիշեցնենք, որ ապրիլի 27-ին Տիգրան Աթանեսյանն ու Արմեն Սողոմոնյանը հարձակման էին ենթարկվել Փաստաբանների դպրոցի տնօրեն, խորհրդի անդամ Սիմոն Բաբայանի, ՓՊ նախագահի խորհրդականներ Վրեժ Խաչիկյանի, Գեւորգ Մկրտչյանի եւ փաստաբան Արսեն Հարությունյանի կողմից։ Աթանեսյանն ու նրա ընկերները հարձակման պատասխանատու համարում են ՓՊ նախագահ Արա Զոհրաբյանին։
