Տարանցիկ փոխադրումների իրականացման համար կսահմանվեն արտոնյալ պայմաններ

ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարար Գագիկ Բեգլարյանն ընդունել է ՏՐԱՍԵԿԱ Միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի Մշտական քարտուղարության գլխավոր քարտուղար Միրչա Չիոպրագային, ով այդ պաշտոնը զբաղեցնում է այս տարվա հունվարից: Ինչպես տեղեկացրին ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարության լրատվական ծառայությունից, նախարարը ոÕ �ջունել է հյուրին և շնորհավորել կազմակերպության գլխավոր քարտուղարի պարտականությունները ստանձնելու կապակցությամբ:
«Ուրախ ենք Ձեզ տեսնել Հայաստանում: Նախ, թույլ տվեք շնորհավորել ՏՐԱՍԵԿԱ Միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի Մշտական քարտուղարության գլխավոր քարտուղարի պարտականությունները ստանձնելու կապակցությամբ: Մենք շատ ինտենսիվ և սերտ համագործակցում ենք ՏՐԱՍԵԿԱ-ի հետ և հուսով ենք, որ համագործակցությունը կլինի արդյունավետ նաև Ձեր պաշտոնավարման ընթացքում»,- նշել է Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը:
ՏՐԱՍԵԿԱ Միջկառավարական հանձնաժողովի Մշտական քարտուղարության գլխավոր քարտուղար Միրչա Չիոպրագան իր հերթին շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ջերմ ընդունելության համար և իր խոսքում կարևորել է Հայաստանի հետ կազմակերպության հետագա համագործակցությունը. «Մենք բարձր ենք գնահատում ՀՀ տրանսպորտի և կապի նախարարության ջանքերը՝ Հայաստանում ՏՐԱՍԵԿԱ-ի կողմից իրականացվող ծրագրերի իրագործմանը նպաստելուն: Վստահեցնում եմ, որ մեր կազմակերպությունն այսուհետ ևս կանի ամենը Եվրոպայից Ասիա տրանսպորտային շարժն առավել ակտիվացնելու համար, որպեսզի ՀայÕ �ստանը՝ որպես տարանցիկ երկիր, կարողանա օգտվել այդ հնարավորությունից»,- ասել է Միրչա Չիոպրագան:
Հանդիպման ընթացքում Գագիկ Բեգլարյանը ստորագրել է «Եվրոպա-Կովկաս-Ասիա միջանցքի զարգացմանն ուղղված միջազգային տրանսպորտի մասին» Հիմնական համաձայնագրի` «Սև և Կասպից ծովերում երկաթուղային-լաստանավային համալիրների շահագործման հիմնական սկզբունքների մասին» Տեխնիկական հավելվածը:
Այն Հայաստանի Հանրապետությանը հնարավորություն կտա մեծացնել դեպի Եվրոպա հայկական բեռների փոխադրման ծավալներն ավտոմոբիլային տրանսպորտով և երկաթուղային-լաստանավային փոխադրումների միջոցով` Սև ծովի Փոթի և Բաթումի նավահանգիստներով: Կդյուրացվեն բեռնափոխադրումների գործընթացը, փոխադրող կազմակերպությունների համար կնվազեն փաստաթղթերի ձևակերպման վարչարարությունը, ժամանակը և ծախսերը: Տարանցիկ փոխադրումների իրականացման համար կսահմանվեն արտոնյալ պայմաններ: Փաստաթուղթը խթան կհանդիսանա մուլտիմոդալ փոխադրումների զարգացման համար:
Եվրոպական միության կողմից 1993 թվականից իրականացվող «Եվրոպա-Կովկաս-Ասիա տրանսպորտային միջանցք» ՏՐԱՍԵԿԱ ծրագրում ընդգրկված են Եվրոպական միությունն ու Արևելյան Եվրոպայի, Կովկասի ու Կենտրոնական Ասիայի տարածաշրջանի 14 անդամ-պետություններ: Հայաստանը ծրագրին մասնակցում է 1993 թվականից: Կազմակերպության 14 անդամ-երկրների թվում են նաև մեր 4 հարևան պետությունները:
