Քննարկվել է Արթիկում շենքի քարաթափման արդյունքում բնակիչներին որոշակի ֆինանսական աջակցություն հատկացվելու հարցը

Արթիկում հունիսի 22–ին կայացած քարաթափման դեպքից անմիջապես հետո Շիրակի մարզպետ Արթուր Խաչատրյանը և տեղական ինքնակառավարման ու հանրապետական գործադիր մարմինների հարցերով վարչության պետը եղել են Արթիկում, առավոտյան արդեն մարզպետի հանձնարարությամբ Արթիկ են գործուղվել մարզպետի տեղակալն ու քաղաքաշինության վարչության պետը, ովքեր ուսումնասիրություններ ու տեղազննում են կատարել, այնուհետև քննարկում անցկացրել Արթիկի քաղաքապետարանում: Արդյունքները զեկուցվել է Շիրակի մարզպետին: Մարզպետի մոտ կայացած խորհրդակցության ժամանակ քննարկվել են բնակիչներին բնակության խնդիր լուծելու համար որոշակի ֆինանսական աջակցություն հատկացվելու հարցը: Կարճաժամկետ լուծման տարբերակներից զատ դիտարկվում են նաև խնդրի արմատական կարգավորման մի քանի տարբերակներ:
Ինչպես «Արմենպրես»-ին տեղեկացրին Շիրակ մարզպետարանի հասարակության հետ կապերի բաժնից, խնդիրը մարզպետի անմիջական ուշադրության և վերահսկողության ներքո է գտնվում, մարզպետարանի աշխատակիցներից մեկը հերթապահում է Արթիկում, մշտական կապ կա Արթիկի քաղաքային իշխանության ներկայացուցիչների հետ:Շենքում ուսումնասիրություն են կատարել նաև Սեյսմիկ պաշտպանության աշխատակիցները, ովքեր շենքի վիճակի մասին եզրակացություն կտան առաջիկա օրերին: Շենքը կառուցվել է 1986 թվականին: Սրբատաշ, քարային «մեդիս» տիպի շարվածքով քառահարկ կառույց է, ունի 12 բնակարան, որոնցից 5-ը` մեկ սենյականոց, 3 բնակարանը` 2 սենյականոց, իսկ 4 բնականարն 3 սենյականոց է: Քարաթափման արդյունքում տուժել են հիմնականում մեկ սենյականոց բնակարանները, որտեղ բնակվում է 16 քաղաքացի: Հունիսի 22-ին՝ ժամը 23:55-ի սահմաններում քարաթափվել է Արթիկի Սասունցի Դավիթ փողոցի 13 շենքի պատի արտաքին մասի շուրջ 10 քառակուսի մետր հատվածը: Գիշերը բնակիչները տարհանվել են:
