ԱԺ նախագահն ընդունել է Հայաստանում Բելառուսի դեսպանին

ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահ Արա Բաբլոյանը հունիսի 23-ին ընդունել է Հայաստանում Բելառուսի Հանրապետության արտակարգ և լիազոր դեսպան Իգոր Նազարուկին:
Ինչպես տեղեկացնում են ԱԺ լրատվական ծառայությունից, ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը, կարևորելով խորհրդարանական դիվանագիտության դերը խորհրդարանների և երկրների միջև կապերի զարգացման և խորացման գործում, նշել է, որ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում արդեն ձևավորվել է Բելառուսի հետ բարեկամական խումբը: Արա Բաբլոյանը ընդգծել է հայ-բելառուսական երկարամյա հարաբերությունների նշանակությունը, որոնց հիմքում ընկած են հոգևոր և մշակութային բազում ընդհանրություններ:
Անդրադառնալով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրին՝ ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը նշել է, որ որպես քաղաքակիրթ երկիր՝ Հայաստանն այս խնդրի լուծումը տեսնում է բացառապես խաղաղ բանակցությունների ճանապարհով՝ ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի շրջանակում: Անդրադառանալով վերջին օրերին շփման գծում տիրող իրավիճակին և երիտասարդ զինծառայողների մահվանը՝ Արա Բաբլոյանը նշել է. «Հակամարտության կարգավորումն իր լուծումը պիտի ստանա բանակցային սեղանի շուրջ. հարցերը պիտի լուծվեն գրչով, ոչ թե զենքով: Որևէ կողմից զոհ չպիտի լինի»:
Այս համատեքստում ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել Բելառուսին հավասարակշռված դիրքորոշման համար:
Իգոր Նազարուկը շնորհավորել է Արա Բաբլոյանին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ ընտրվելու և արդար ու թափանցիկ ընտրություններ կազմակերպելու կապակցությամբ:
Անդրադառնալով ԼՂ հակամարտությանը՝ Իգոր Նազարուկը նշել է, որ կարգավորման հարցում ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբին այլընտրանք չկա. Բելառուսը կողմնակից է խաղաղ լուծումներին: Բելառուսի դեսպանը կարևորել է երկու երկրների խորհրդարանների միջև հարաբերությունների զարգացումն ու խորացումը և ընդգծել միջազգային հարթակներում միմյանց աջակցելու անհրաժեշտությունը:
Հանդիպման ավարտին զրուցակիցները անդրադարձել են Հայաստանում սահմանադրական բարեփոխումներին, կառավարման խորհդարանական համակարգին և նորընտիր խորհրդարանում բարեկամական խմբերի գործունեությանը:
