Լոս Անջելեսում ոստիկանը պատահաբար մի դեռահասի է սպանել, երբ փորձում էր շան վրա կրակել, որը կծել էր իր գործընկերոջը, հայտնում է Americaru-ն։
Իրավապահները հայտնել են, որ զոհված դեռահասը 17-ամյա Արմանդո Գարսիա Մուրոն էր։ Ոստիկանները այդ վայր էին ժամանել առավոտյան ժամը 4-ին՝ Փալմդեյլ համալիրից հնչող բարձր երաժշտության մասին ահազանգով։ Նրանք մոտեցել էին շենքին, բայց նրանցից մեկի վրա հարձակվել էր մի մեծ պիտբուլ ու կծել նրան։ Գարսիա Մուրոն շանը մի կողմ էր տարել։ Մինչ ոստիկանները շտապ օգնության մեքենային էին սպասում, կենդանին նորից է հարձակվել ոստիկանների վրա։ Այդ ժամանակ ոստիկաններից մեկը 3 մետր հեռավորությունից կրակել է, բայց փամփուշտը ռիկոշետով դեռահասին է դիպել, որը ավելի ուշ մահացել է տեղի հիվանդանոցում։
