Այսօր լրագրողների հետ է հանդիպել ԱԺ ֆինանսավարկային և բյուջետային հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Գագիկ Մինասյանը: Այս մասին հայտնում է Past.am-ը:
Պատգամավորն անդրադարձ է կատարել ժողովրդագրական վիճակին՝ նշելով, որ այն մտահոգիչ է քրիստոնյա երկրներում: Ըստ բանախոսի՝ ժողովրդագրական հարցը Հայաստանի նման երկրների համար կարելի է համարել ինտեգրալ խնդիր:
Անդրադառնալով Սերժ Սարգսյանի այն հայտարարությունը, որ մինչև 2040 թվականը ՀՀ բնակչության թիվը պետք է հասնի 4 մլն-ի՝ Մինասյանը նշեց. «Դա չափազանց բարդ լուծելի խնդիր է: Միայն ներքին ռեսուրսների հաշվին հնարավոր չէ ապահովել, որ մինչև 2040 թվականը բնակչության թիվը հասնի 4 մլն-ի: Եթե կարողանանք կազմակերպել ներգաղթ, բնակչության ավելացումը հնարավոր կլինի մեր այն հայրենակիցների կամ նրանց առաջին սերնդի հաշվին, որոնք լքել են Հայաստանը բավականին բարդ տարիների ընթացքում: Եթե բոլոր ոլորտներում հավասարապես չիրականացնենք բարեփոխումներ, դժվար կարողանանք առաջիկայում ունենալ 4 մլն բնակչություն»: Մինասյանը հավելեց. «Ունենք ոչ պատերազմ, ոչ խաղաղություն վիճակ, որը մեզ տևական ժամանակ ուղեկցելու է: Այս պարագայում 4 մլն ազգաբնակչության ունենալը ենթադրում է, որ երկրում պետք է ամեն ինչ արվի՝ արդար, ապահով, մրցակցային հնարավորություններ ապահովելու միջոցով»:
