Ներկայացնում ենք արտահայտություններ, որոք եթե չկան ձեր բառապաշարում, դուք միանշանակ հասուն և ինքնաբավ անձ եք, իսկ եթե դրանք պարբերաբար ասում եք, աշխատեք ազատվել դրանցից:
1. Դու չափազանց լավն էիր նրա համար
Այսպես մենք սփոփում ենք տղամարդուց բաժանված ընկերուհիներին: Բայց աշխատելով մտերիմներին մխիթարել այդ արտահայտությամբ՝ մենք այս ենթատեքստը նկատի ունենք. «Դու հիմար ես: Այդքան ժամանակ ծախսեցիր սրիկայի վրա, ով քեզ արժանի չէր»:
Համաձայնվեք, դա սփոփանքի նման չէ, ավելի շուտ՝ ավելի ցավեցնելու փորձ:
2. Դու հրաշալի տեսք ունես քո տարիքի համար
Առաջին հայացքից անմեղ արտահայտություն է, բայց ավելի նման է ներողամիտ սփոփանքի՝ «թեև արդեն մեծ ես, լավ տեսք ունես»:
3. Ես փորձում եմ, բայց չի ստացվում…
Դուք հասուն կին եք, փոխեք տակտիկան: Եթե, իհարկե, չեք ուզում խղճահարություն և հուզական կարեկցանք ստանալ:
4. Ես ամեն ինչ կկարողանամ ինքս անել
Երկաթե լեդիի կերպարը վաղուց արդիական չէ: Հնարավոր է՝ ինչ-որ բանի հասնում եք մենակ, բայց շրջապատող մարդիկ այս կամ այն կերպ մասնակցւոմ են ձեր հաջողությանը: Ուստի այս խոսքերն առնվազն արժեզրկում են նրանց ներկայությունը ձեր կյանքում:

Ինչո՞ւ եք սկզբից ձեզ ցածրացնում: Ինչո՞ւ է ձեր կարծիքն ի սկզբանե հիմար համարվում: Արդյոք այստեղ ձեր ցածր ինքնագնահատականը չի՞ առաջ գալիս: Պետք չէ վարկաբեկել ինքն իրեն: Ձեր կարծիքն արժեքավոր է: Թեկուզ ձեզ համար:
7. Ես ասում էի
Դե իհարկե: Դուք ամենախելացին եք և միշտ ամեն ինչ գիտեք: Դու նախազգուշացնում էիք, որ դրանից ոչինչ չի ստացվի: Ձեզ չլսեցին: Տապալումից հետո այս խոսքերը դժվար թե սփոփեն: Պետք չէ սեփական եսը շոյել այդպիսի ցածր միջոցով:
8. Օհ, ինձ մոտ ևս այդպես եղավ
Այս արտահայտությունը լիովին անմեղ է, եթե ընկերուհին բողոքում է, որ խանութը հրաժարվեց հետ վերցնել առաջին օրը պայթած կոշիկները: Իսկ երբ խոսքն անձնական կյանքի մասին է, այդպես ասելն առնվազն գեղեցիկ չէ: Ձեզ առանձնահատուկ պատմություն են պատմում, իսկ դուք…
9. Ի՞նչու ես դատարկ տեղը խնդիր հորինում
