Կառավարությունը հավանություն է տվել «Սպայկա» և «Արմսանպրոդակտ» ՍՊԸ–ների կողմից ներկայացված Նորագավիթ թաղամասին հարող տարածքում 110 հա կիսափակ ջերմոցային համալիրի և բորբոսով պանրի գործարանի կառուցման ներդրումային ծրագրերին: Ընկերությունների խնդրանքով այդ ծրագրի իրականացման համար անհատույց սեփականության իրավունքով Նորագավիթ թաղամասին հարող տարածքում առկա համայնքային սեփականություն հանդիսացող մոտ 163,2 հա հողամասը կօտարվի: Նախատեսվում է ավելի քան 200 մլն դոլարին համարժեք դրամի ներդրում, որի հաշվին մինչև 2020 թվականը ամայացած 110 հա հողամասի վրա կկառուցվի կիսափակ ջերմատնային տնտեսություն և տարեկան 1000 տ արտադրողականությամբ բորբոսով պանրի գործարան, որը հնարավորություն կտա ստեղծել ավելի քան 1300 մշտական աշխատատեղ, կընդլայնվի արտադրությունը, որը կնպաստի միջազգային շուկա արտահանման ծավալների ավելացմանը:
 
Կառավարությունը որոշել է բավարարել «Լիդիան Արմենիա» ՓԲԸ–ի կողմից ներկայացված հայտը՝ գերակա ոլորտում իրականացվող ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակում ներմուծված (ներմուծվող) տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումները, դրանց բաղկացուցիչ ու համալրող մասերը, հումքը և (կամ) նյութերը ներմուծման մաքսատուրքից ազատելու արտոնությունից օգտվելու համար: Ակնկալվում է, որ արտոնության առկայությունը լուրջ խթան կհանդիսանա նոր ներդրումային ծրագրերի իրականացման և նոր աշխատատեղերի ստեղծման, ներդրումների ներգրավման, տեղական արտադրության և արտահանման խթանման համար: Արդեն իսկ ընկերության կողմից իրականացվել է 44 մլրդ դրամի ներդրում, նախատեսված է ևս 180 մլրդ դրամի ներդրում: Նախատեսվում է ստեղծել 2 հազար նոր աշխատատեղ, 500 հազար դրամ միջին աշխատավարձով:
 
Գործադիրի համապատասխան որոշմամբ «ՄԼ ՄԱՅՆԻՆԳ» և «ԻՆՎԵՍԹՄԸՆԹ ՄԵԴԻԱ ԳՐՈՒՊ (ԱՅ–ԷՄ–ՋԻ)» ընկերությունները ևս կօգտվեն գերակա ոլորտում իրականացվող ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակում ներմուծված (ներմուծվող) տեխնոլոգիական սարքավորումները, դրանց բաղկացուցիչ ու համալրող մասերը, հումքը և (կամ) նյութերը ներմուծման մաքսատուրքից ազատելու արտոնությունից:
 
Կառավարությունը երեք տարի ժամկետով հետաձգել է «Գրին էներջի կոնցեռն» ՍՊԸ–ի կողմից իրականացվող ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակներում 2017 թվականի հուլիսի 15–ից մինչև 2017 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31–ը ներառյալ ներմուծվող ապրանքների մաքսային և հարկային մարմինների կողմից հաշվարկվող ավելացված արժեքի հարկի վճարման ժամկետը: Ներդրումային ծրագրի շրջանակներում «Գրին էներջի կոնցեռն»–ի նպատակն է Վայոց ձորի մարզի Գետափ համայնքում կառուցել 3,9 մգվտ փոքր հիդրոէներգակասկադ, օգտագործելով նշված տարածքի գետերի պոտենցիալը` արտադրելով էլեկտրաէներգիա: Ծրագրի շրջանակում ընկերությունը կկատարի 2,28 մլրդ դրամի ներդրում, որից սարքավորումների համար նախատեսված գումարը կկազմի մոտ 747,7 մլն դրամ։
