Ասում են, որ ձեռքերը մատնում են կնոջ տարիքը, քանի որ դրանք ավելի ուշ են ծերանում, քան դեմքը: Սակայն հնարավոր է դրանից խուսափել, եթե պատշաճ կերպով խնամել ձեռքերը: BlogNews-ը ձեզ է ներկայացնում 5 եղանակ ձեր ձեռքերը 10 տարով երիտասարդացնելու համար:
1. Ձեռքերը ճիշտ լվացեք Օճառի և ջրի հետ հաճախակի շփման արդյունքում ձեռքերի մաշկը կարող է կորցնել խոնավությունը և թեփոտվել: Դրանից խուսափելու համար՝ օգտագործեք խոնավացնող բաղադրիչներ պարունակող օճառ, օրինակ՝ ալոե վերա, ժոժոբայի կամ ձիթապտղի յուղ պարունակող, լվացեք ձեռքերը գոլ, այլ ոչ տաք ջրով:
2. Կրեք ձեռնոցներ Ձեռքերն անընդհատ ենթարկվում են նեգատիվ արտաքին ազդեցության, և դրանք պաշտպանելու համար հարկավոր է օգտագործել ձեռնոցներ՝ կաշվե կամ բրդյա՝ ցուրտ եղանակից պաշտպանվելու համար, ռետինե ձեռնոցներ ափսեները լվալիս:
3. Պարբերաբար խոնավացրեք ձեռքերը Ձեռքի քսուքը նույնքան կարևոր հիգիենայի պարագա է, որքան օճառը կամ շամպունը: օգտագործեք քսուքն ըստ անհրաժեշտության, սակայն ոչ պակաս, քան օրը 2 անգամ (առավոտյան և երեկոյան), եղունգները նույնպես ունեն խոնավացման կարիք, ուստի քսուքը քսեք նաև եղունգներին:
4. Մի մոռացեք ձեռքերի մաշկի սնուցման մասին Բացի ձեռքի քսուքից՝ հարկավոր է նաև օգտագործել սկրաբներ և դիմակներ ձեռքերի մաշկի համար: Կարող եք նաև առանձին սկրաբ և դիմակ չպատրաստելու համար այդ նպատակով օգտագործել մարմնի սկրաբը և դեմքի դիմակը:
5. Օգտագործեք արևապաշտպան քսուք Տարիքը մատնող ցայտուն նշաններից է ձեռքի մաշկի հիպերպիգմենտացիան: Մեծապես դրա պատճառը արևի շողերի ազդեցոթյունն է, որը տարիքի հետ աշխատում է կուտակային էֆեկտով: Դրանից խուսափելու համար հարկավոր է պարբերաբար օգտագործել արևապաշտպան քսուք:
